Recruitfi has been very useful of having all of our communication, candidate presentation, invoicing, and hiring in all one place. No longer do we have to dig through emails or keep multiple files of invoices to track our vendor use and from which departments. There is not much I don't like. Unfortuanely we have not been able to implement/intergrate with our applicant tracking system. Which creates some duplication on our end. However, this is not due to a function with Recruitfi, rather a block from our ITS department for security purposes. They are very strict with outside vendors having access. RecruitiFi offers a great platform for agency recruiters to connect with a broad range of employers looking to fill roles quickly. It is super easy to implement, being browser based, and roles are refrehed daily. One of the standout features is the simplicity and transparency of the process. As an agency, it’s easy to submit candidates, track submissions, and ask questions. The platform also does an excellent job of matching job opportunities to our strengths, so we’re not wasting time on roles that aren’t a fit for our expertise. The communication with employers can be limited, making it difficult to get deeper insights into what they are really looking for in a candidate. For me, the RecruitiFi team are the leaders in the Agency Management space. Their UX design is inuitive, easy to use, and professional.

While the platform is highly effective, there’s room for improvement in how it filters job orders and industries. In healthcare, I would love to see more diverse service lines represented and a larger volume of job orders to choose from. This would allow for a more tailored and focused search experience. RecruitiFi is very fair with the payments to their recruiting partners. They pay much more to agencies than their competitors, and they always have many jobs for recruiters to source for. A recruiting agency could literally build their entire business model off of nothing more than partnering with RecruitiFi. They keep the jobs rolling in, and make it easy to communicate with clients, without the hassle of having to hunt for clients. The platfom is streamlined and simple to use and the feedback is timely. I would highly recommend them to any company out there that has had bad luck working with recruiters before. Their ability to match clients with the appropriate agencies is top-notch. Recruitifi has a unique style in connecting both clients and vendors. The process is very simple from both ends. We have used Recruitifi as a vendor extensively and had a great success. Many of the clients filled very tough positions using Recrutifi as it gives access to multiple vendors that can submit qualified candidates. The candidate submission process is very simple. The entire process is transparent for both client and vendor. I would say it is a great platform that helps both customers and vendor to help to grow their business. I would suggest Recrutifi team to share monthly metrics to all vendors and provide incentives who are doing better so that they can do even better and also speak to those who are not doing well and offer them the tips so that they can improve the performance. RecruitiFi has completely changed how we manage and operate with External Staffing Vendors, creating a more consistent and transparent process for our hiring managers and vendors, alike. The platform and interface is easy to use and provides a number of data and reporting metrics to help us manage spend and cost savings.
