I can t send mass email efficiely, system bug all the time , no customer support on the phone. all is via email and it takes too long to help fix the issues. too expensive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Workflows - they are amazing and keep the business detailed for all parties so we do not miss a beat! I love the dynamic "groups" too - really helps makes the deal go smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's hard to see the workflow in a linear fashion. It's not set up to be very visual, which I am. It's difficult to do audits and improvements because of this layout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Realvolve was probably one of the better task management systems I've ever used. It allowed us to set up work flows, assign users to certain tasks, and then set up campaigns that sent targeted emails to certain clients based on their actual needs vs. just blasting everyone with the same information. I enjoyed the ability to check off my part and then it would instantly kick it over to the next person in the chain of events so we were all on track. It made adding clients simple and then adding additional family members or spouses later. Many CRM systems don't allow you to drill down on client information quite as far when creating a marketing campaign, or even just sending holiday cards, but realvolve made that very quick and simple. Creating the work flows could be very complicated. Once they were in place they were WONDERFUL! But getting them there was something that you had to be an expert at. There were really only 1 or 2 people in the office that knew how to do it so individual agents couldn't really do that part for themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That it is a real estate specific CRM and handles transactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I thought this would be good for drip campaigns and handling transactions but it does neither well. The drip campaigns that come with it are a joke. The UI is just too clunky and it's hard to see things at a glance. I found myself dreading using it and because I paid annually they refuse to refund me for the remaining 6 months. I don't intend on using it and I am now searching for a better replacement. Do yourself a favor and use another CRM. Actually, ANY other CRM! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The sales pitch was great. The system requires a lot of knowledge. A lot of time spent to learn how to use it. After a few glitches, I decided to cancel my subscription and they refuse to give a refund on the unused months. They have no transparency when you sign up and then refuse to address your concerns. Customer service. Tech support sends info that issues have been solved when they have not been. Then they refuse to refund you money for cancelation of 1-year subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Predictive Analytics & Workflows. Everyone in sales knows they should work their database, stay in touch with past clients and their sphere. In real estate I never meant to Not keep in touch, but as a solo agent it is hard to be the I.T., advertising, marketing, sales, secretary and admin departments, give the clients you are working with top service AND stay in touch. Staying in touch in a regular way always paid the price by default of 50+ hour work weeks. No longer. Once I entered my 23 years int he business database/sphere/past clients/current clients, and past sales, the predictive analytics in Realvolve kicked in and showed me just how much I should make in the next 12 months just by working my existing database at the same avg sale price/commission/churn rate. Talk about a paradigm shift! That is a new kind of daily energy and is making such a difference in my business: not only am I staying in touch because the workflows automate it for me, it has made my days, weeks and months more efficient at the same time being able to Do more. Honestly there Are other CRMs that offer 'workflows' so when demo-ing a new CRM that was not some huge news to me......as a now almost 25yr real estate veteran, it was the Predictive Analytics that Sold me! I love the workflows and the integrations with video platform, texts, email, calendar, etc. as well. I'm sold on Realvolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The learning curve is intimidating and some days a little overwhelming. If you're newer in the business, maybe not so much. I've entered ALL my files/people/sales going back to 1995. That took a hot minute to not only verify all info as current, but obtain current emails, birthdays, cell numbers, work, social media And then tag everyone correctly.....well that took me several months. It was Totally worth it, but still pretty time intensive. I do wish Realvolve would take their Workflows (the ones included with subscription And the ones you've paid for) and allow you a screen view of the entire workflow at once. This would make it Incredibly easier and more intuitive to modify and customize. This is probably my biggest dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's built specifically for brokers & agents so every step of transaction communication and management is incorporated. They're continually upgrading the platform and adding connections to other resources via Zapier so it's becoming a one-stop solution. The dashboard, tagging, true CRM, workflows, samples and templates make it highly productive. Responsive support is first class. We chose RealVolve because they were responsive, have the most tools ready to deploy. RealVolve has a kick-ass manual of everything you need to know about how to set it up and get it going. They seem to be adding more training videos and features all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I believe RealVolve is addressing a couple of issues such as automated email marketing campaigns. Setting them up and scheduling the date for automated sending on that date is needed so you don't have to go back in and click send. Like any new software the learning curve takes some time and attention. We looked at 4-6 different CRMs for real estate clients and none had everything. Unlike some, RealVolve seems to be addressing the gaps more than others that have been around a while and are getting stale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Every CRM has it's pros and cons but the main thing about RealVolve is that 1. They have great support 2. It is formatted for what agents really need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Email Marketing can't really be done on a large scale via Realvolve
2. They are still working on their app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
