Workflow included when the system works, daily reminder of who to contact. This could be a great tool if all functions as it is supposed to. I am disappointed. I invested so much money and time, I don't have the courage and time to learn a new system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't send mass emails efficiently, there's a system bug all the time, and no customer support on the phone. Everything is via email and it takes too long to help fix the issues. It's too expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
