The customer service is the worst. They don't care about you, at all. The training is insane, short snippet videos where you can't even read the words. For as complex of a system as this is to set up, better training is essential. I called so many times to get help and still ended up with more of a mess than I would have liked. Why did I even have to call SO MANY TIMES? So we let our contract expire (had to fight for weeks to get our data to convert to another program)....asked just to get a copy of our pricing tables and they told us NO unless we wanted to sign another contract. Then payments ran for a few days after our contract was up. Put in a call to billing and a tech support ticket and got CRICKETS for 4 months. Finally sent a smarmy email and got a call back today from a women still defending the charges, claiming they didn't charge a monthly fee (which they did). It's not worth the fight. They will not be helpful in any regard whatsoever, which is a hard pill to swallow considering they're twice as expensive as the program we use now. I like the partnerships with different platforms like captivated and service bot. I have been utilizing texting services a lot more and SA5 makes it easy to send mass or individual text. I wish it would make an automatic call log for text messages sent and received in the client's account. Texting has been a game changer for sales. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new work wave payment processing platform is difficult to navigate. That transition has been very smooth or easy to understand. The webinar about the new payment platform was not to helpful. Im finding it difficult to make sure transactions are going through now that everything is done from SA5. It has also been difficult to get good customer service on these issues. I have been using Real Green for 20 years. I started as a lawn technician, then Production Manager, then Marketing Director, then I started a fertilizing company and have owned it for 8 years now.
I like how they still have a competitive edge on all their competitors. I still think they are the best software for a lawn fertilizing company. I have done demos with all Real Green competitors and they still have the most options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how Real Green has been getting worse over the last 5 years. They keep bringing out new products that don't work 100% right, which is really frustrating. I like the concepts of the new products, but if they don't work correctly it creates many more problems. I feel like they are growing too fast and need to focus more on customer service.
