I have been on Real Geeks for several years now, and we generate about 100 leads per week.
Although the website design is a little bit dated, the user interface is really good. And most of all, the lead capture is very effective.
I have used real estate Webmasters in the past, which was good but extremely expensive. They nickel and dime you for every change.
Real Geeks never charges me anything for my support requests or minor changes. While they sometimes take a couple days to resolve certain issues, they never charge me extra for it.
Response time from support is usually pretty quick. I will say as of 2024, they need to update their website templates, but at the end of the day they are generating leads for me, which is the main thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am absolutely blown away by Zach Reynolds and the customer service experience I received from him. From the moment I reached out with any question or frustration, he took his time and worked to get everything resolved for me. Zach has demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and genuine care.
Every interaction was marked by prompt and detailed responses. He has a knack for knowing what I need before I do and his deep understanding of websites and crm's and all the not fun stuff was such a relief for me. What sets Zach apart is his commitment to going above and beyond – He always resolved whatever question I brought him and also provided insightful tips to enhance my overall experience. I have found their interface to be simple and clean. Their backend is easy to use but the best part is their customer service. The reps are always helpful, and resolve any question I have very efficiently. Their CRM is effective and the real leads outnumber the tire kickers by far. I've been working with real geeks for some time now. I tap in, occasionally and I do find that there is definitely a correlation between paying attention and paying my bills. Although I've only converted a handful of leads, I am finding that the leads are qualified for the most part. I'm happy to be part of the real leads program because I do feel that they offer a substantial leg up in the industry. Especially at this time in our market. Markets always going to fluctuate, but it feels that real geeks have been moving with the trend and just ahead of it where we need to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of use -- from ease of creating profile for clients, and customizing tracking with tags, to ability to have ALL content via the mobile application. Customer support has also been very responsive. And my favorite is the ease of impersonating clients' searches in the MLS to build customized searches for them. The best in customer service and the best in tech support if and when you need it. Now, let me tell you what I love about Real Geeks – it’s super easy to build web pages! We all know content is king for SEO. The Real Geeks web template is easy and fun to work with. The only requirement is you have to supply the creativity. Unlimited narrative text. Embed photos and animated GIFs. Insert videos. Real Geeks is geared to make any real estate agent successful and this is why I started my third web site with them after six years. I love Real Geeks. We joined in Real Geeks in March of this year as we were not happy with our current vendor. I did a lot of research before making the switch, and I have been very happy with all aspects of the company. Currently we are still in ramp up phase, so we have not received the ROI that I know is to come. Our leads have really ramped up, and several are now in our team pipeline funnel. As a team owner the things I particularly like about Real Geeks is the ease of use (both for agents and me administrating the website and back end systems), the excellent and consistent training, the sense of urgency and help by the support team, the onboarding process, the monthly reporting, and the lead activity and volume of hits on our website. I know over time with more coaching towards these leads we will have a very high conversion rate in the very near future. I pay $1250 a month for RealGeeks and I've closed on many from leads. Just last week closed on a $3.6M property. You have to make sure you are working it correctly. The tools are there. $300/month times 12 months is nothing once you convert one lead. Think of it that way. I tried doing fb ads on my own. And I’m not dumb and on the youngerish side , 35, and I never got anywhere with them. I now pay RealGeeks to do google and Facebook ads for me and my google are convert more for sure, but although the Facebook ads are a numbers game (meaning for every 60 people I call, one hits) I have also got a $1.6 million from Facebook lead and then a handful of $600-$800k closings from the RG lead.
The key is you HAVE TO work the leads. Constant follow up…time. I hate it sometimes but I just tell myself if one $600k comes my way that’s paid for another year of RealGeeks. Everything after that is profit! And I make sure not to look at the $1250 charge a month lol it stings no matter what I tell myself sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I could say is there are many options in the system. I have only used close to 30% of it, I feel. They have the FB page and demos, I just have to do it. I wish there was an outline of "Level 2" type of features to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
