What do you like best about ReadyTech?

It is easy to access by students participating in the training. Better than other softwares used whre IT was always required and often users had issues throughout the class.

Simple to use by instructur. User friendly instructor interface, fast to change between users' screens and share files and information with participants. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

Full screen is sometimes finicky, exiting when using certain comands in the software used for training. When instrucor takes over student user's screen, user cannot see mouse pointer to understand where instructor is pointing. Sometimes it works in Share Control, but not always. It helps with students/users login where otherwise IT security would be a problem.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Our goal is to build solutions that continue to solve real world training delivery problems, e.g. how does the instructor know when and if remote students have successfully completed all the labs? Or how can a single instructor handle questions from a class of 30 or 40 students? Every time we approach a problem we think about it from the point of view of the instructor, student, and training manager. Then we design the best solution technically possible.

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

We provide product training to our customers, but this varies greatly in terms of planning and customer needs.

Previously we worked with 'our own' hardware and virtual machines, but this was not ideal in terms of maintenance and availability.

We then learned about the possibilities of ReadyTech and this was a reason for us to start working with it. How would this fit within our training facilities?

We really liked this. ReadyTech gives you the options to scale up per training, entirely depending on the wishes of our customers.

Furthermore, ReadyTech offers simple options to upgrade and manage our training courses.

We once had to call on ReadyTech support because we were unable to start a training instance.

Support responded immediately and was able to resolve the issue within 10 minutes. Very impressive .....

ReadyTech is an ideal solution in our training facility, scalable, reliable and ease of managing.

We have been working with ReadyTech for a long time and are very satisfied with the product, support and ease of use.

In the past we experienced quit often problems when hosting and maintaining our own training instances onpremis.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

ReadyTech solves the problem for us regarding the availability of training instances.

We now have the ability to easily scale based on training needs. We can make training available in a very simple way.

Our customers can use our software products, work with them easily and after completing the training we can make the environment available for a while.

We are no able to support trainingen on- and off premises, making it very easy for us based on demand.

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

We use ready tech to teach our students how to use an electronic health record. It is extremely helpful to be able to see their screens in the lab and actually assist them. You can even take control of their screen to show them different things or help them when they are stuck. I like the ability to upload documents and teaching materials ahead of time. I also really appreciate the ability to pop-out section of the screen so I can view multiple areas at once. I have never had a person lose connection, like you might see with Adobe Connect, Teams, or Zoom. Their support team is very responsive and able to help immediately if we have any issues. I personally have never needed them, but my colleagues tell me they are very pleased with customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

It's an all-in-one solution for technical training. It provides a platform for presentations and access to a virtual lab for students to practice. Out of the box, it gives the company a platform to provide training without a lot of help with IT. Their support team is usually quick to respond within a couple of minutes. Knowing someone can help during a live training session is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

Most of the time, all the moving parts work, but this technology has a lot of back-end moving parts. Sometimes users will lose audio or access to the virtual lab. This could be due to the user's internet because it's not fast enough. It could also be something on the ReadyTech server. I find that I did have to reach out to the support often. Sometimes, they have to rebuild the credentials in order for users to access it even though the users were fine before. Issues with the Classroom can be challenging because your screen might not be displaying or your mic will stop working.

Although it is nice that it's an all in one solution, it's not perfect. These little disruptions can cause the training to go unplanned. You should always have a backup plan if things don't work in the classroom. From my experience, the classroom feature does not work as well as presenting in Zoom, Teams, or Webex. I find that these other platforms are more reliable with both presenting and audio. They also provide more features to interact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is easy to navigate and work on, I lead trainings using ReadyTech and it helps immnesenly without having to share my actual screen and ERP. I use it quarterly and it is quite simple and classy.

What do you like best about ReadyTech?

1) Excellent 24x7 support. We have had occasion to contact ReadyTech during off-hours and always get the same professional support whenever we call.

2) Flexitility. ReadyTech allows us to scale instructor-led class sizes from 1-dozens of students.We are able to schedule classes and have lab environments ready for us at the start of class, however if there are no-show students, we can release unused lab environments.

3) Performance. Our students are located world-wide. Self-paced class lab environments launch from data centers based on the location of the student. This allows them to get optimal performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ReadyTech?

Cloning (copying images) and deployment of images takes a bit of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ReadyTech solving and how is that benefiting you?

We offer over 15 instructor-led and self-paced courses, each with extensive hands-on lab environments. Without ReadyTech we would have to maintain 30-50 servers (hardware, power, rack space, cooling), schedule deployment of over 15 images (on an as-needed basis), and manage scheduling of hundreds of students per month. With ReadyTech, we schedule instructor-led training sessions in a few minutes. There is no management for self-paced classes--students request their own labs. What do you like best about ReadyTech?

I have worked with other training platforms and ReadyTech has by far the best customer service and onboarding process I've experienced. They go above and beyond to rectify any issues in a timely fashion. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience so far using the ReadyTech platform.
