## CloudShare Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Environment Duplication with Smooth Real-Time Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Randal A. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I’m amazed at how easy it is to duplicate entire environments with just a few clicks. The live collaboration is fantastic—multiple users can modify everything simultaneously in real time without interruptions or issues. On top of that, it offers robust security.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

In my experience, the mobile app feels pretty useless as it is right now. A better interface—or even a complete overhaul—would be very welcome.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large contracts with companies are now a real success for me: I can close them efficiently in just a few minutes, which speeds up my sales process. My team also works much more effectively, saving a lot of time on their day-to-day tasks.

  ### 2. Perfect for Repeatable Demos with Auto Sleep/Delete That Saves Budget

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

It's great for running my demo environment. Once we build out our infrastructure as a template, it's easy to share with my team and get repeatable results. I also love the auto-sleep and auto-delete features. After you've spent a bunch of time with a customer showing off your tool, the last thing you want to worry about is having to shut your system down, then comes CloudShare to the rescue with configurable sleep and delete environment times. This helps my team maintain a reasonable budget for our system vs other cloud offerings that don't offer this feature, leading to billing for time we are not using the system.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Sometimes the environment is slow to spin up. To combat this, I make sure that I spin my environment 20 minutes before a demo. This could be more a function of the size of infrastructure we are deploying at once, and might not be a CloudShare issue at all.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudshare provides cloud-based infrastructure for our demos, which we can centrally manage for our international team. Additionally, the auto sleep function helps us reduce costs spent when a system is either not being used or forgotten about after the demo is complete.

  ### 3. Easy Creation of Virtual Environments with CloudShare

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raoul S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like the ease with which the so-called blueprints can be created, which are the images used to distribute the course. These blueprints can be updated really quickly, allowing the course to be kept up-to-date without needing to recreate the environments each time.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

In general, I don't have many problems with CloudShare, but the performance could be improved at certain times of the day when, for some reason, it slightly drops.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CloudShare to create test and training environments without having to prepare physical rooms. I appreciate the ease of creating and updating blueprints, keeping the courses up to date without recreating the environments each time.

  ### 4. Exceptional Accessibility and Flexibility

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Romain F.

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like using CloudShare in a professional setting because it allows me to conduct tests and demonstrations for my clients without affecting my production environment. I particularly appreciate the blueprint feature for training my partners. Its access from anywhere thanks to web access is a big advantage. The speed of access and the flexibility in the duration of environment operation are really appreciable. I find that the ability to deploy VMs that are not in the catalog, as well as the addition of ISO and VMX templates, are undeniable advantages. Finally, it is wonderful to be able to migrate machines from my old environment with astonishing ease.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

it may be the user accounts that are registered in the machine's review, sometimes even with the change, you have to rewrite the information by hand

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CloudShare for testing, demonstrations, and training without risking my production environment. It offers quick access to environments and great flexibility. Web access and the deployment of out-of-catalog VMs facilitate the migration of machines.

  ### 5. Easy Setup, Rock-Solid Stability, and a Smooth Daily Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandeep S. | Cloud Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I really appreciate that I don’t have to be a cloud specialist to configure the environment. On top of that, the platform stands out for its stability and for how smooth and fluid it feels to use day to day.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

It isn’t a cheap option. The price is quite high, and that’s my only complaint about it.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has proven to be a fairly robust platform that delivers on what it promises. On top of that, the level of control you have over consumption is really helpful for avoiding unnecessary spend and keeping the budget from being burned for no reason.

  ### 6. Incredibly Quick Setup and Rock-Solid Stability for Suspend/Resume

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claudine B. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The setup is incredibly quick. What I value most is the stability it provides when suspending and resuming environments; it’s a relief to see that configurations stay intact and don’t break during the process.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

At first, the learning curve can feel somewhat steep, especially if you don’t have a purely technical background.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has become an indispensable tool for us. While it’s not the cheapest option, its reliability and strong cost control justify the investment. It has helped us accelerate the sales cycle and, above all, it allows the team to stay focused on the roadmap rather than wasting time on manual configuration.

  ### 7. Instant Access and User-Friendly Platform for Effortless Scalability

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe K. | Customer Success Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The primary advantage is its instant accessibility through a web browser, removing the need for installation and making it very convenient to start using. This is further enhanced by the rapid deployment of environments and the platform's overall user-friendliness, which together ensure both efficiency and scalability.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One aspect I find lacking is the flexibility of brand customization on the end user portal. The available configuration options are rather rigid, which makes it challenging to achieve a smooth and cohesive visual match with our corporate identity.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the key benefits of CloudShare is the substantial decrease in the IT team's workload. Since they are no longer tied up with the ongoing setup and maintenance of environments, I have been able to dedicate more time to higher-value tasks. This shift has had a direct impact on speeding up our sales cycles.

  ### 8. Seamless Environment Replication with an Intuitive Demo Experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Will T. | SaaS Buyer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 19, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The best thing is the symmetry between environments: the client can access an exact replica of my configuration, and everything works smoothly from the first try. The interface is so intuitive that it lets you focus on the demo, not the tool.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The entry cost feels a bit high for small-scale projects, and I’d really appreciate a more flexible pricing model. That’s all.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform is extremely stable and has marked a clear before-and-after in the professionalization of our demonstrations. This has not only significantly improved the user experience, but has also noticeably accelerated our sales cycle.

  ### 9. Lightning-Fast Deployment That Accelerates Sales

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria L. | Sales Engineer., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

What I appreciate most is the speed of deployment. We are able to clone and launch complex environments containing multiple virtual machines within minutes, even for hundreds of users. This serves as an outstanding accelerator for the sales team, as it greatly shortens the proof-of-concept cycle.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One downside is the limited ability to customize the user interface for clients. I would prefer if the branding options were more extensive, allowing for better integration with our own branding.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has played a significant role by reducing the time it takes to close sales, as it allows prospects to experience the product instantly and without any obstacles. furthermore, its clear measurement and analytics are excellent. we can exactly how long a client spent in a demo, which modules they tried, and where they might be stuck.

  ### 10. Intuitive and Efficient for Workshops, with Potential for Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like that CloudShare is intuitive, which makes it easy for students not to worry too much about learning how to use the platform. I also value the ability to share documents and review students' progress, which helps make the workshop easier for them.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Sometimes communication can get a little lost or be a bit slow to load.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CloudShare to have multiple VMs on a platform for workshops, facilitating the student's experience. It is intuitive, allows sharing documents and reviewing progress, and ensures that students don't worry about learning how to use the platform.

  ### 11. Powerful Environment Duplication, Minor Network and Integration Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Friederic K. | Principal sales readiness engineer , Education Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

It is amazing the absolute faithfulness to our internal complex software stacks. We are able to duplicate advanced development environments with ease to use in new engineers training or to allow us to troubleshoot a certain problem. It is also priceless to be able to take snapshots at various points of a project state. It enables experimentation, rollbacks and sharing of particular milestones by our R&D groups with full data persistence.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The network configuration options were seemingly unintuitive at first to someone who did not have a thorough understanding of networks. We had to do a little experimenting to get our own custom subnets just the right size. I also would like it to have stronger direct integration points to our internal code repositories since we are currently doing workarounds to check development branches into the labs.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our greatest challenge became delivering the same, high performance, development and test environments to our R&D teams distributed around the world. Prior to CloudShare new engineers would take days to install software and configure tools, and because they had a slightly different set up. This caused irritating "works on my machine" problems and time wastages. Today, each engineer begins with a perfect replica of our internal development environment on the first day and this has significantly reduced the time it takes to onboard engineers, as well as removed any environment bugs, helping our team to be much more productive.

  ### 12. Effortless Labs, Exemplary Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle E. | Technical Product Marketing Manager

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I love how setting up a 'Blueprint' for each lab makes providing individual, isolated labs for students totally effortless, which is perfect for self-led training programs. I find the support team spectacular and the platform rock-solid reliable. CloudShare support really excelled at guiding us through a significant learning curve, even when not everything was naturally intuitive.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

I wish I had more options when setting up my environment blueprints to add/remove hard drives instead of needing to do so much work on my custom OVF before uploading. There's a significant learning curve and not everything is naturally intuitive.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare makes setting up individual, isolated labs for self-led training programs effortless after the initial blueprint, streamlining the training process for customers, partners, and staff.

  ### 13. Effortless Environment Cloning with Flawless Compatibility

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joseph S. | Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

It’s incredible how easy it is to clone environments. I can set up a complex technical configuration and replicate it for multiple people at the same time, without running into a single compatibility error.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The interface feels a bit outdated, and when the internet connection is slow, the latency becomes noticeable. You really need a solid connection for everything to run smoothly and feel responsive.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s been a real lifesaver when it comes to eliminating technical problems; overall, it feels like a solid, reliable solution I can count on.

  ### 14. Cloudshare The real Leader

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Ease of use and accessibility from any browser and location. I am a professional IT instructor and course author for serveral organizations. I need to connect up my attendees to a VM that is preconfigured with software they will need for the course, that they will have access to after class, and that VM has to be "easy to use" and relatively low cost.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The only technical issue to date after several months of using Cloudshare for dozens of classes and courses is connecting to a Linux VM using RDP thru the Cloudshare portal/browser. It is a an "edge case" as it defaults to CON mode which works but does not support "copy and paste" from the desktop into the VM

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing attendees to have a persistent VM

  ### 16. Many options on one platform

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Nothing

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

I don't like CloudShare at all. The virtual machines keep hanging and not responding, which makes it a very unreliable platform. I don't recommend using it.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like that I was able to add different VMs and edit their networking very intuitively. Also, it was super easy and helpful to take snapshots of the environments.

One thing I have recently discovered is - their customer support is very good. I had raise a support request in an environment where I was facing some network issues. The support person instantly got onto my environment, made changes himself and fixed the issue for me within 5 minutes of raising the request. It was really cool.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

There is the unavailability of some OSs on CloudShare like AIX and SunOS. Also, importing VMs from OVFs sometimes causes issues.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We solve the problem of not going through the setup procedure of Software testing every time we have to make a software release. We just create an environment from the snapshot and voila!

  ### 29. CloudShare makes setting up those complex training labs unbelievably quick

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Simeon K. | Technical trainer, Food Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I am very fond of how speedy we are to create complex virtual environments. The process of setting up training labs used to take ages before it can be accomplished in a few minutes. It is also a massive benefit that a demo environment can be snapshot and reset per prospect. It implies that each sales call will be made as though it were the first call.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

It may at times seem to be a bit expensive when having to scale up to major events. Also I would like the analytics dashboard to have option to track the progress of individual users. Navigation is a bit less intuitive than it should be at times according to the new users.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Deploying regular and reliable software environments to support training and sales demos were a nightmare prior to the existence of CloudShare. Instead, we lost a lot of time setting up a virtual machine every time. Now Setting up environments can be done with couple of clicks completely doing away with that burden. This is because our trainers and sales engineers will be able to concentrate on teaching and selling but not IT support. It significantly changed our competence.

  ### 31. Training sessions finally feel smooth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariusz L. | Sales Effectiveness Manager, Entertainment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I actually love that CloudShare allows us to have isolated environments for demos without changing anything in our back end. We mostly use it to train clients on our product and the environments are similar to real deployments. Plus, it also teams up just fine with our CRM flows, so we link sessions with Salesforce contacts to make tracking a breeze. This makes the new users onboarding much more engaging and less painful.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

They are not very easy to manage several live sessions at the same time with CloudShare. The interface is not really live most of the time, however, and that makes it more and more difficult to smoothly switch between environments or figure things out fast.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem of needing reliable demo setups, but without wasting hours on set ups has been solved by CloudShare. They are not relying upon internal environments anymore, which was always a hassle to flip the switch. We just spin up what we need and aren’t ready to go. To enhance our friendliness to customer education, we built it in a way that allowed us to run weekly trainings — no dev required. That is what has saved us time and made our process more scalable.

  ### 32. Blueprints Feature Delivers Consistent, Real-Time Control

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isabelle C. | Sales Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I truly value the Blueprints feature—it consistently functions the same way, can be saved as a template, and offers full real-time control.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The technical support team tends to respond slowly, and the platform's interface appears a bit outdated.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is a powerful solution that speeds up the process of closing deals and guarantees smooth demos by fully removing configuration errors.

  ### 33. Simple, Quick, and Easy to Implement and Integrate

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Simple and quick tool to use, very useful, esay of implement and integrate.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

To be honest, nothing. I don´t have any issues.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates Demo Automation and virtual labs and improves a lot the success of the business. It´s a critical tool in my opinion.

  ### 34. Easy to Use and Flexible, but Occasional Slowness and Troubleshooting Gaps

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

ease of use, online document/support, flexible

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

sometime slowness, not sure how to troubleshoot

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

provide an environment/platform to deploy/test/evaluate software solutions

  ### 35. Easy to use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Damien F. | Customer Service technicien, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

easy to use and interactivity between trainer and trainee

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

its slow execution and some incomprehensible bugs (reset VM for no reason)

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Facilitates the sale of training because it is online and not in person

  ### 36. Excellent Training Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The customer support is top notch. There is a little bit of a learning curve for whoever is going to set up the training environment, but the support team is quick to address any issues.

Once the user that is doing the setup becomes familiar with the layout of CloudShare it is easy to use.

For the end users, students and instructors, things are very easy.

Since we rolled out CloudShare, I have used it every other week for both remote and in person training.

Adapting our current training materials within the Cloudshare platform was very straightforward.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The only downside I have encountered, thus far, is if a student has a work provided computer with a required VPN. The CloudShare team has been quick to work through this obstacle and provide solutions.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We offer both in person and remote training for our customers. I have been able to use CloudShare for both.
For the remote training: Setting up one instance of the training environment has been a big time saver for me. Being able to view and remotely access the student's machine is great for trouble shooting and monitoring student activity and engagement.
For the in person training: There are all the benefits of the remote training and only requires setting up one environment and eliminates the requirement of transporting physical laptops to the customer.

  ### 37. Refreshing reliability as a product and partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

It is honestly impossible to choose. I give top marks to every aspect of our partnership with CloudShare - from sales and onboarding, to product performance and development, to technical support. CloudShare, as both a product and team, have earned their place as an essential and seamless extension of our internal training organization.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The only downside to CloudShare is that we can't implement them fast or far enough within our organization. Our resources are the limiting factor.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For years, we struggled to provide live software environments in which to train our customers and employees. We would rent and ship laptops, we would write custom scripts to refresh data in our hosted instances, we would require our customers to clutter their own instances with training data, etc. And this cost us - in dollars, in scalability, in customer satisfaction. CloudShare has addressed every one of those issues and put our training organization on a new trajectory.

  ### 38. Stable environment setup for workshops and sessions

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John B. | Technical training manager, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

CloudShare is one of the biggest benefits because we can create realistic training environment so easy. We can launch sessions quickly without having to manually configure settings as prebouts are available. The next strong point is that the platform remains very stable even if many of the users are running their own environment. With each trainee in a totally different environment they cannot interfere with each other so everyone can learn and not be interrupted by anyone else.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

CloudShare is an excellent solution for virtual training, but its pricing model can be straining to organizations' bottom line in particular. Scalability also comes with a price tag that goes up with the number of users and features required, and it is harder to scale without a large increase in the budget. A downside is that it requires a continuous internet connection and any network issue will stop training. This can be a very inconvenient problem, especially in critical sessions.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has solved the problem of having to provision physical machines for training that used to take hours of setup. And now our team is free to concentrate entirely on bringing high quality instruction. It has also smoothed remote training, since participants can now access ready environments from any place. On top of that, they’re fantastic for onboarding new employees, as the practice can be done in a controlled environment before trading on real projects.

  ### 39. Real-Time Student Monitoring Makes Support Instant and Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Real-time student monitoring and instant support delivery

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Occasionally slower during peak usage times.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Remote training visibility and instant student support. I can monitor lab progress in real-time, identify issues quickly, and provide targeted assistance without interrupting workflow. This transforms remote instruction into interactive, responsive teaching.

  ### 40. Cloudshare Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Telecommunications | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Ease of use; Use of virtual environments

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

I haven't found any issues with this product as of yet.

**Recommendations to others considering CloudShare:**

Use of cloudshare will reduces the need for travel in the training industry.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to allow our learners to learn virtually. We have had an uptick in online learning.

  ### 41. Our team's demos are finally running smoothly without a hitch

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose P. | Operations automation specialist, Leisure, Travel & Tourism, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The virtual training platform serves as the main function of this system. Trainers build complex training situations fast through this tool for practical instruction. Trainers can make and recall virtual environments through the snapshot tool to meet their training needs. Users can now work with others on the platform all at once making it excellent for project teams and instructor-led online training. People of different training backgrounds can use this platform because it works smoothly with its easy-to-understand design.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

The system becomes expensive for single users and small groups because of its cost. The system performs slower when many people use the platform simultaneously. You need technical knowledge to set up the system because its installation process proves difficult even for experts.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up training environments with actual hardware took a lot of time before CloudShare arrived. Virtual platform solutions help users create environments in just minutes instead of spending a lot of time on setup tasks. Our team can now hold more training events over the course of twelve months. The new way of team collaboration during training sessions helps students exchange knowledge better while building a dynamic learning space.

  ### 42. With CloudShare software training a breeze.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura Z. | Lead Instructor/Support Rep, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I am a software instructor who trains clients and prospects on how to use our software project estimation and tracking suite of applications. I conduct live, instructor-lead classes and use CloudShare to provide access to our software so clients do no have to install it before taking the training class.

It only takes minutes to set up a class and invite students. I especially love the over-the-shoulder view of student's work so I can help them work through the exercises.

CloudShare team members, including Sales, Technical, and Support, are prompt to respond and extremely helpful. The product teams welcomes my feedback on features and new ideas for features.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Some students have difficulty connecting to the environment, mostly due to cyber security locks on their browser. I provide a guide to students several days in advance so they can get their IT staff to allow access.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to monitor student work while using the virtual desktop and offer help when needed.
We are able to train our software application clients without requiring them to install it on their machine. In today's cyber security world, that can take a long time!

  ### 43. easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James T. | Technical Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

cloudshare is very easy to use and works very well.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

There is nothing that I dislike about cloudshare.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to duplicate customer reported issues.

  ### 44. It helped us streamline many of our processes

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bal P. | School Sports Program Coordinator, Education Management, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I really like the CloudShare way of simplifying and shortening the development and test process. Their virtual lab solution does the job and we are able to create a really complex environments in few clicks. Additionally this really helped because it just fits with our existing tools and greatly saves us a ton of time. Another timesaver, the last one is the blueprint feature, that enables us to save custom configurations for future projects.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

There are some shortcomings which could be regarded as insignificant, such as, application failures and somewhat higher response time while dealing with extensive environments. For example, an app may hang a while, for example, when switching tabs in extensis, or there can be amusing lag when synchronizing projects with members of a team.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration efforts are no more of a challenge to us as this is easily solved through CloudShare, we're now able to have multiple development environment managed across teams. Before CloudShare this was a real headache, economies of time and resources consuming. Now we can upload environments and instantly spin them up to share among the teams for a more efficient collaboration. It has been a game change for us and been able to help us spend more time developing and less time managing the infrastructure.

  ### 45. The ins and out of cloudshare

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** September 23, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I like how flexible and customizable the took was

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

I didnt like the orginal format however since its so customizable you can get around basic features

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its solving cross functionality and rngsgement between pre-sales and delivery

  ### 46. Seamless Collaboration with Ckoudshare

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohammad N. | TAC Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I guess collaboration feature of cloudshare is what I like the most especially when you are holding online trainings where lab are needed for the student. It is very easy to setup a virtaul lab environment in clousshare and the students can easily access it without any hasstle. Using cloushare for training was one of our best decisions as it has really increased our productivity as an organization.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

Occasionally my student find a lag in access the lab during peak usage time that sometimes is not a very good experience for my students and there are some of the advanced features which really need some addiitonal training to master them.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am working as a Security consultant cum trainer where I need to do a lot of demostration and trainings with my customer. I use cloudshare to setup complex lab environments in minutes which are needed for trainings and also I can setup a demo lab very easily for any demostrations. This has really benefited us and has increased our productivity as we don't have the overhead of lab setup now.

  ### 47. Boost productivity with CloudShare

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nasseer q. | Pre Post Sales Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

In my opinion, creating a customized virtual environment for my demos and workshops is the most what I like about Cloudshare. Apart from this user-friendly interface, third-party integration are some of the most valuable features of CloudShare that allows our users to seamlessly access the demo lab from CloudShare which makes a big impact on our productivity.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One thing that I have struggled with occasionally is the lag while accessing the lab especially when you are dealing with big files or a large number of users trying to access the resource in CloudShare at the same time. You need a very good internet connection for CloudShare to run smoothly. One more thing is the customer support that sometimes takes a long to get back to you to resolve your issue.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work as a pre-sales engineer and use Cloudshare for demos and workshops and I must say this has been so effective for us in making a demo and workshop successful. We can easily setup the virtual environment needed for our demo so that user attending the training can access those labs for demo tasks and this has increased the productivity and quality of our training.

  ### 48. Reliable virtual training solution with organized features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jean G. | Technical Training Manager, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

I love that CloudShare simply supports team collaboration so effortlessly when we are training people. Creating multiple isolated environments allows our trainees to work without disruption and without impact from others. This works relia and every participant receives an equal change to test and learn at their own pace. I also quite like the fact that it ships with preconfigured templates for various setups so that you can just get started on tasks from the get go.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

CloudShare’s occasional inability to make navigating its more advanced features easy, is one of its limitations. It gets the job done well enough, but some of the processes are too complicated for what you really want to do. The problem is that the templates are only so limited, which makes it difficult to adapt the tool for less common use cases as well. These challenges can be hard to overcome; as such, particularly when preparing for new training scenarios, delays can be major.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has shown to be a great solution to organize how your staff is trained to work with new tools and processes. It provides separate spaces where all relevant people can train, yet without interruption. This structure has helped our team to take a risk with some new skills knowing we should be fine. The platform also makes onboarding new employees a simple process, saving time and effort, and with a consistent learning experience for everyone.

  ### 49. Fantastic lab platform with stellar support to match

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle E. | Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

Cloudshare has been robust, feature rich, student friendly, but most of all the support we have received both during onboarding and now as a production customer has been second to none.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

It takes a little while to fully grasp the CloudShare workflows and relationships between Blueprints/snapshots/vm creation but once you get the hang of it, it no longer feels unintuitive.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cloudshare is allowing us to bring complex environments and concepts to students in an easy to interact with and performant lab. Having quick admin tools to make changes or to assist students helps make the experience so much richer for students.

  ### 50. Efficient solution for virtual environment setup, great for education

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael C. | Learning and Development Manager, Professional Training & Coaching, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2025

**What do you like best about CloudShare?**

The main reason we like CloudShare is for the ability to create dedicated environment that fits specific tasks. Over time it has become an important training session along with a cornerstone of training sessions where proper setups have to be consistent to get everyone up to speed. There’s also something about the dependability, even when sessions run longer than they should. It’s easy to share these setups with the rest of the team, making teamwork possible without additional coordination needed to keep the process running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about CloudShare?**

One drawback of CloudShare is that occasionally your permissions may be difficult to manage. Accessing different team’s projects can get cumbersome as we have to fine tune access levels across teams, and that slows us down when we need to quickly onboard new users or tweak an access level. The high resource consumption when we have multiple environments on running also means we need to keep our eye on infrastructure limits. Some extra steps are added to this would otherwise be a smooth workflow in dealing with these issues.

**What problems is CloudShare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CloudShare has helped us do away physical set up, especially during training and orientation processes. It provides the opportunity to build completely isolated processes where the changes do not count among those which occur in the course of work. This has actually been good for training because all people are on identical configurations which helps with consistency. It has also enhanced cooperation when involved in a particular group projects or sessions whereby all are using similar resources.
