What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

We've had Reach media for about three years and it is great. We have announcements for individual work anniversaries display and it's easy to upload, program, and then remove if the person resigns. Overall we really like the functionality of REACH media. We have two different displays with it on them and could have different content if we want.

The team continues to contact us to see if we need anything. I like that they ask for recommendations to make things better and actually take the advice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

There is still nothing I dislike. I would like to be able to make some media recurring by year, hopefully they will add this ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

At Membertou Advertising, we've always strived to deliver stable and attractive promotional advertising on our displays for our clients. Partnering with Reach Media has been the right call from the beginning. Their flexible software provides the reliability and flexibility we need to promote impactful ads that stand out.

What truly sets Reach Media apart is their exceptional customer service. Our account manager, Dean Running, has been an invaluable resource, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our needs are met with efficiency and expertise. Additionally, Tyler Storm, our original representative before being promoted (congratulations again, Tyler) has been there every step of the way.

Thanks to Reach Media, we've been able to enhance our advertising displays and exceed our clients' expectations time and time again. We highly recommend Reach Media to any business looking for a dependable partner in promotional advertising.

What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

Not so much a "dislike", but rather a request that would ultimately, make Reach the absolute best product for our purposes is if we could schedule several ads from a client, but have them only appear one ad per rotation.

For example, if a client submitted 5 ads to us, but only wanted one to play per rotation of ads at a time. This enables a client to pay the same for one space lotted, but submit as many ads as they wish.

This feature is frequently requested by our clients as it allows them to pay us for one ad placement, but cycle through various variations of their ad (so users are not seeing the same ad too frequently). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The team is wonderful to work with. They listen and help us out with any issues we might encounter. They have a reliable product that is always evolving and it is very easy to use. What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

Ease of use - you can do so many things with Reach! The training that is provided to new users within the organization is thorough and easy to understand. Our representative is always available to help and troubleshoot whatever we need. Support has been really great getting us back up and online when we have issues. What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

Marc and his staff are very responsive to any needs, technical issues, or questions that I may have about the product. Marc takes time out of his busy schedule to check-in and makes sure that the product is working as it should. The changes on the user interface made it much easier to use and cleaner to navigate. We are nowing using Reach at all of our facilities and that is due to the ease of implementation and intregration with Marketing. What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

I think a couple of things that could change to make it user friendly. One, it would be nice to get notifications if one of the boxes is not communicating with the server. Lastly, an app that allows for changes from your mobile device. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

UPDATE: We have been a customer for three years now and have expanded successfully, as intended. There are two smaller locations for additional expansion that I'm hoping to tackle in the next 1-2 years. We are a new client; their customer service has made the biggest impression so far. The initial sales process and onboarding has been very easy, which is a pleasant surprise. It is also the perfect fit for us, to use as a foundation and then add on additional locations/functionality in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

I LOVE the ability to customize multiple layouts for different units/events/purposes and the scheduling tool to swap out different layouts when needed. There is also a feature that lets you customize playlists. This makes it easy to determine what shows on what device. The online interface lets me control our multiple devices at different locations with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

I do sometimes have issues when importing data lists. It's not as smooth and sometimes I have to manually make the corrections so it reads correctly on my screens. I use this feature only once a year for a specific event, so I can honestly say that there may be a tiny bit of user challenges (me, I'm the user) when revisiting year to year. What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

Website is very user friendly. I'm not a "marketing" person, but find the website easy to use and navigate. Reach Media was very willing to help me integrate other systems to be viewed on our digital screens. They are quick to repond to any questions or issues you may have. What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

Changes get made to the website and you have to figure out on your own what changed. There may be a new way of doing something, but you don't know that until you try it the old way and it doesn't work. I would like to see more options for holiday annoucements and have the premade annoucements available before the first of each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their team is always able to assist with questions when needed. They are very quick in responding to questions. The layouts on the screens allow for various pieces of information to be shown at the same time. The ability to be able to schedule information for specifics times as well as being able to share with other campus partner makes use of the software very efficient.
