I do not have any dislikes about my experience with Reach Media Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it extremely easy to communicate news, new hires, anniversary and birthday info using the Reach platform. For those times that you need a little hand-holding, the customer service is always there to offer help. I use this product weekly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was so very impressed right from the first time I spoke with Tyler in Sales. The whole team at REACH has been outstanding from implementation to ongoing support.

Easy to use interface. Ability to upload PowerPoint presentations to the application. Ease of uploading videos to the presentation. They constantly make improvents to make the user experience more friendly. Updates have been made also to the Media Library to more easily upload information. I enjoy how easy it is to import a variety of different file types and mix and match the playlist. I love how easy it is to manage different locations as well. Love that the technical support I can get after the system is installed. The program is easy to use and the trainings are helpful but sometimes you forget all the steps to populate your asset when dealing with some many other things. It took a while to get the training and or layout done. I didn't like the delay. In addition, trying to remember all the steps can be a bit much but I think it just requires use of the product and that will be come a mute point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
