Digital signage is not our primary market but projects occasionally come to us in association with our AV designs in house of worship, schools, and performing arts venues. Reach Media provides support to us as the integrator but also directly to our customer. Their technical assistance has been great, their onboarding with our customers has been great, they are very responsive. Reach Media makes the entire process easy. Reach has been easy to use for our campus with digital signage. We went from a system that need constant attention and fixes to a system I rarely think about, it just works. The easy-to-use interface makes it easy for various offices to upload content to the signs and manage that content. I have come to appreciate the Canva integration, it is so easy to take something I design in Canva and upload it to Reach. Within minutes I have professional-looking digital signage going up on the displays in my office. Reach is well though and easy for our users and easy for me as an administrator to manage. The interface is easy to use and is adjustable to what I need. The staff is always available to quickly get to the bottom of any trouble, and walk us through the correct way to handle it.
