The customer service is “above and beyond.” From our initial contact ot gather information, the sales process, implementation of the product, and after sales support have been premium. No question has been to small or large to be addressed in a very quick manner. And the after Sales support for end users has taken a lot off my plate in supporting the product on campus.
Integration was completed in the matter of a few days. Once the ender users were set up and trained, we have little or no calls needing support for use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hands down the customer service. Truly the best of any company I've worked with. My rep is exceptional -- super responsive, lightening speed, friendly and professional, and an amazing internal advocate. I haven't had a single subpar experience with REACH since being onboarded. The only thing I can think of is that the portal can be a little confusing/intimidating, especially if you are only an occasional user. But I can easily navigate to the parts that I need to access, and they are extremely user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When an employee left the organization, I was put in charge of streaming patient information to the TVs in the clinic. My company uses this for our daily scheduling. The field cres and office staff review the schedule which is projected on the tv through the media player. It saves a lot of time and frustration from the old days when we did scheduling on paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's minor and doesn't happen often, but sometimes some of the features get disconnected, like our social media accounts. They are generally easy to get back connected, but it is a dislike for us. We also sometimes have trouble with connecting multiple accounts to the system and utilizing them across different sites, separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
