BYOD; Cloud based system; Multitude of uses and integations; User roles; Fundametially solid; Video plays seamlessly!; Layout design services; monthly/quaterley company update emails; and an extremely cost effective solution for enterprise digital signage. We are also running it at a satellite location as well without incident and with all of the same remote access we have with the players at our primary location. I love that it also eats just about any media we throw at it for display. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not many, but I do beleive tech support could be quicker (online chat would be a nice touch). Some of the setups can feel not-intuitive, but once you establish a "routine", it becomes second nature. However, I know they are listening to their customers because when I bring issues like that up, they usually tell me it is being addrerssed in an upcomnig upgrade, so make sure you preovide feedback! It is easy to add new media to the existing playlists, and it updates quickly.
If I needed help they were very professional and answered all my questions.
There are lots of bells and whistles that are easy to implement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was new to my position at work and I did not have a manual to go by when I first started. But, I called tech support and they were able to teach me how to get started, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love that I am able to set time frames for the information seen on the TV to the staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As of yet there hasn't been anything that I have disliked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their client service reps helped us create displays for our BrightSign lobby monitors. We had a lot of asks and they accommodated them all. Any time we had an issue during implementation and after, their customer service team responded quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not a single one. Our team is very satisfied with this product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that you can either be very creative and use your own images and/ or utilize their premade and customizable content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike is the inability to decide which social media posts are included in the feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part is the great built-in scheduling capabilities. Over 100 multi-ice pad facilities schedule their facilities and display the schedules to facility visitors. Set up is quick and easy. This is just one feature of dozens of features that can be easily added to the displays that the end clients will see. We were also able to add complex custom functionality to our use of the platforms that allow us to receive and display paid advertising. The integration is turn-key for us as the user. With several hundred screens, each customized and multiple users controlling content on different areas of a screen(s), we frequently use all parts of the Reach Media system. Tech support is always there for us and quick to resolve. We have 100s of screens on Reach Media for almost five years now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Documentation is good, whether printed or video. I would like an API for some tasks for power users with 100s of screens like ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have found the Reach Media Network (RMN) to be very helpful in sharing information within our offices in real time. No delays. It is simply the time it takes to build your announcements.
These screens are great to have in your public areas where you have visitors/guests. You can build awareness about your brand and establish Goodwill with the people walking through your doors.
One thing I have found is RMN continues to evaluate its systems, they seek feedback from customers, and are determined to offer the most efficient tool. They have excellent communication regarding improvements they've made or are looking to make. I appreciate the monthly emails they send with content ideas - holidays and special days. If you are hanging your screens on the wall, I would recommend using a screen mount that pulls out and turns, so you have easy access to the hard drive as we have found the need to reboot on occasion as most technology requires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
REACH is always very quick to answer any questions or concerns that we have. Having someone that manages our account is also really nice, as being able to reach out to one or two people makes the process so much easier on the customer's part, versus having to talk to someone new each time (as many other companies are set up nowadays). Their technical support team also does a very good job, and it always seems like they're improving their processes as well. The UI is very inuitive, and easy to use, and we're looking forward to the upcoming updates that they have planned! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only critique is that for elevated technical support, it would be nice to be able to request specific technical support representatives. This would help expedite the process, working with representatives that are familiar with our accounts and issues (when we have them), similar to the account management process. The fact that I can monitor and manage the content remotely. I work in a different state than where the monitors are on display and I very easily manage all of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Several times the equipment has been unresponsive or gone offline, but with a simple reboot I;ve been able to get them back and working again. Also the REACH scheduler had a bit of a learning curve, but was able to learn how to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
