What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

Being able to easily upload documents that have been created either by you or others is a great way to push out information and also save paper and the time hanging out posters around school Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

I'm not able to see what TV is/monitors my information will be played on. Perhaps it's because I don't have access to the information, but I would like being able to push out information on certain TVs and not just on playlist. Again, that could be an admin issue on my particular System. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

Is a very friendly Interface it provides an easy way to navigate torught the platform.

You can use any customizable content, the system allow us to modify the digital signage content to costume our viewers, ensuring messages are relevant and engaging. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

I've found Reach Media to be incredibly user friendly combined with the recent updates provide for an entertaining format to convey information to our target group. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

Truthfully, I've not had a negitive experiance and only once have I had to reach (no pun intended) out to the help desk (it was during the aquisition by Reach from the previous group) and was inpressed with the speed in which I received a reply. What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

Reach Media makes it very easy to post announcements about work related issues. You can naviagte the app with ease. I use it almost every day with no issues. If you have any troubles a team member is always there to help resolve the issue.Reach Media has 9-10 features. The implementation for Reach Media is very simple and straight forward. What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

It is so easy to create, post and manage our information for those entering our building to see. Fun to be creative in design, which makes it more appealing to those viewing it! What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

The accessibility of the support and marketing teams as well as the frequent newsletters informing clients of updates. The functionality with Canva announcements and ability to easily upload videos from YouTube and Vimeo is terrific. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about REACH Media Network?

A thoroughly customizeable, easy-to-use piece of software that allows our facility easy implementation of digital advertisements, photos from events, videos from events, and more. We frequently update the board with fresh content. We are able to quickly and easily make changes to layouts, content playlists, etc. General content management is simple and straightforward. Their great customer support has been proactive and made it easy for us to get any questions answered. Help has been thorough on the back end, which is appreciated. We use the software every day, all day, and it is wonderfully reliable with minimal babysitting. We were able to easily integrate the system into our workflow with minimal hassle. As someone who has to interface with a number of different back-end systems for my job, it is refreshing using the REACH system, as it feels like something designed by someone who would have to use it regularly, unlike many systems out there! What do you dislike about REACH Media Network?

I honestly don't have a negative thing to say. Since joining this department at the beginning of the year, I have been interfacing with this system weekly, often daily depending on our output, and my experience has been rock-solid, dependable, and friction-free.
