The format is easy to use, and simple to figure out. The temples really help out a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
They told me they would build my screens using my menus, which is what I requested. What they actually did was to create a giant, static image where only printing could be changed. I was unable to make additions or subtractions to their design. What I ended up doing was creating my menus from scratch. Took a while, but now I can update my design as needed. I love how quickly I can upload videos to the screens in seconds to have new content listed on the board. We are a small restaurant and the visual aides help us with our customer interaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Enterprise multi-account role support is incredibly useful, especially when delegating control to portions of a master playlist to local managers
- Super fast effective support team who knows their stuff
- Dedicated, small, fast hardware device that just works: no Windows bluescreens, updates managed by Raydiant, ridiculously reliable, turn it on and it works (really sets them apart from competitors)
- Developer portal with easy to use, friendly interface to build your own custom apps without coding, wrapping your own complex internal apps easily
- Developer doc with well designed and documented APIs if you actually must write your own
- Very useful internally with intgerations to Salesforce and Hubspot to motivate sales teams with contests and SPIFFs and visual tracking of progress against goals, inspiring

We used Raydiant as a tool for employee engagement and to keep our employees updated in the breakroom on things going on whether it was birthday; clients visiting the health center; statistical figures on quality and other items. Even with training on the software, we struggled to engage and really get up and going and keep it going. We ultimately engaged one person to be responsible but then it was difficult to remember and keep that person updated on what new to post to keep relevant. I like the fact that you donn't have to have technical knowledge to use this software to design amazing menus! I also like the fact that you can add customizations and that you can change out the artwork to match the seasons to make the promotions relevant to your audience. I had to reset the device a few times when first setting it up. It also doesn't work great over Wi-Fi and works a lot better hard wired. Other than those setup issues it has worked perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
