Raydiant is helpful for our organization to get out important communication messages to our lineworkers at different offices. Provides a second reminder outside of email for those that aren't on their email as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides of using Raydiant is the technical issue we've encountered with the devices and connectivity. I would also say it would be nice if there was an option to remove and completely delete content from the media library so that I don't have to delete the same content from each screen. All of our screens are working 24 hours. There were a few problems, but the technical support was responsible and helpful. My account is connected to Postermywall and is easy to use and upload with lots of resources. It's definitely a good choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It can be challenging to receive good customer service at times. However, they have been much better as an organization lately! The devices themselves can sometimes have difficulty connecting to your WiFi networks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to set the screens for different slideshows is amazing. It can even be changed to reflect the Holidays or as a notice for upcoming events in addtion to normal slide shows. It never works. The device is in a hard to reach spot. They go offline daily and the only support I get is to go reset the device. Billing has been awful. We have two accounts but can only access one of them via the payment portal. I've reached out numerous times trying to resolve this or to pay my bill and I am consistently ignored.
