Raydiant is helpful for our organization to get out important communication messages to our lineworkers at different offices. Provides a second reminder outside of email for those that aren't on their email as often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downsides of using Raydiant is the technical issue we've encountered with the devices and connectivity. I would also say it would be nice if there was an option to remove and completely delete content from the media library so that I don't have to delete the same content from each screen. The ability to set the screens for different slideshows is amazing. It can even be changed to reflect the Holidays or as a notice for upcoming events in addtion to normal slide shows. It never works. The device is in a hard to reach spot. They go offline daily and the only support I get is to go reset the device. Billing has been awful. We have two accounts but can only access one of them via the payment portal. I've reached out numerous times trying to resolve this or to pay my bill and I am consistently ignored.
