I would recommend this product to any dr office, it is easy to use. You receive great training at a good value for the cost. What do you like best about RAPID?

How easily the SOAP notes are to do on the doctors' side, easy to navigate through each tab, then formulates a well written/formal note. Offers other benefits like multiple choice tabs while reading an x-ray and writing up a report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RAPID?

The only dislike(and this one is I think unavoidable with any chiro EHR) is the updates. Updates helps..eventually. That is after learning the new process they updated! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would really like to switch our EHR back to Rapid. However, the practice I am currently practicing in cannot afford the program YET. Below i am taking guestimates-I did not purchase the program so I estimated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Benefits are not only on how easy the doctor's have it. We have increased our volume and more efficient at collecting payments as well. With acom, it's easy to keep track of the patient's treatment plan and ALSO billing information. It's easy to access BOTH sides with no trouble. Fast and easy. What do you like best about RAPID?

I am glad I was finally able to find an EMR / EHR and billing system that is easy to use and understand. It is robust and has more than you can possibly need or want. It's cloud based and that means no servers and no hassles. The customer service at ACOM Health is # 1. The training is thorough and they answer any question and solve any problem you may have. They are part of your team and make your practice and life better. Many thanks to Patti Dill for all her training and patience with me. If you are a Chiropractor do yourself a favor and get on board...don't look any further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RAPID?

We just added the Rapid PM to our practice. Everyone that we've dealt with at the company has been wonderfully helpful. Our Project Manager, Patti Dill, was so incredibly helpful. I felt the training was very comprehensive. I'm enjoying the ease of use. My staff actually very quickly switched over to the new program, and one of them has very little computer skills! What do you dislike about RAPID?

Only a couple of very minor things about the program that are specific to what we would like to see, and those may be a possibility in future upgrades. Nothing major that we don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
