Staff struggle with keeping track of their receipts, and that eliminates a big pain point. It's also highly configurable, allowing the Finance team to create custom coding rules, further simplifying the expense management workflow. While we initially only wanted Ramp for its credit card features, we now utilize all of their modules: Treasury, Procurement, Bill Pay, Reimbursements, and even some Travel bookings. Setting up categories and coding rules can take some time, depending on the complexity of your chart of accounts; however, it is well worth the effort. I end up on the Ramp site almost as much as I do on our accounting platform due to its usefulness and our reliance on it. **What do you dislike about Ramp?** The Treasury syncing to Sage Intacct hasn't always been smooth, specifically the Investment account dividend entries. I end up booking those manually at the moment, but we're working with Ramp to fix the issue. **What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can't stress enough how much time and stress the credit card expense reporting features have saved the Finance team at month-close. What used to take several days for staff to submit is now ready for syncing within a day or two after the end of each month. Additionally, interest-bearing bank and investment accounts have enabled us to earn meaningful yields on money that was previously generating little to nothing in our historical bank accounts. We also need a feature that everything goes to a manager for approval.
