As the accountant that gets to enter the expenses I am able to do so very quickly and have the ability to lock cards when users do not complete the requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ramp is easy to use and works through both a mobile app and desktop. It links directly to my instance of Sage with additional user defined dimensions. Most improtantly, RAMP delivered what they promised. Implementation was a breeze. We get prompt responses from our assigned representative. We have about 100 users and can set up multiple levels of approval. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have anything about RAMP I dislike. It is a great tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I especially like that I can forward my emailed receipts to Ramp and it will auto-match the charges they see on their end. In addition, I particularly like how fast and easy it is to create virtual credit cards and change their limits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I haven't had a bad experience yet on Ramp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our company has been using Ramp for about 1 1/2 years now. In general, our users prefer it over our prior solution and Accounting likes the integration with Sage Intacct, as well as the ability to easily get information downloaded to Excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the downside, we are a multi entity company, and one charge can not be split between multiple legal entities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to navigate, quick customer service, so many useful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As they are trying to improve the system (which is great) the layout does change fairly often but its easy to navigate but I do like consistency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Ramp, you don't need to wait for the end of the month to batch, employees can submit expenses/credit card transactions as they happen. This eliminates much of the time crunch that happens at month end with getting employees to submit receipts on a timely basis. Ramp also takes care of reminding employees that if they have missing items. Customer support is wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When the statements cut, we only have 2 days to wrap up all transaction, instead of a week or more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ramp has the ability to safe so much time. Instead of monthly expense report and waiting for receipts, it is done right away. Makes my life easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Haven't found anything that I really dislike. Sometimes receipts get a little blurred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By using virtual credit cards I can automate accounting classification while also sharing cards with my employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of credit float sometimes causes cashflow management issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Previously, we used Amex coupled with separate spend management platforms. We tried Concur but cancelled before implementation was over it was so bad. We used Zoho for a while and it was OK and met our needs reasonably well. Ramp is great since it combines the functions of a corporate credit card with an easy to use expense management platform. Users getting hit with a text as soon as a purchase is made to upload the receipt is a great feature. The team loves it and it increases compliance. Automatic trip detection and bundling of expenses for the trips works surprisingly well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reporting interfaces are oddly difficult to manage and navigate. We have to pull down certain reports as part of our monthly and quarterly closes and it's always a challenge to remember exactly how to recreate the same export. This could be a bit better. Similarly, as an admin, the nav bar is seemingly comingled between my needs as a user vs my needs as an admin. Separate entrance points depending upon what I need to do would simplify things. I do like the bundling of trip expenses. However, the travel manager lacks a key feature we need before implementing. We need manager approval for trips. Currently, there is no method for a manager to review a team member's travel request apart from just approving the spend. This could be improved but it may meet the needs of others as is.
