It's been transformative to have our bill pay and corporate card spend in one application. It's easy to set up new cards and not having to logino a separate bill pay application is a true time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a bit disconcerting that not all modules signal activity in the same way. Bill Pay does not give the on-screen indicator of a yellow circle with the number of items requiring attention like you get with the Inbox, My Ramp and Accounting modules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how wonderfully simple Ramp has made expense management for us. We do a lot of travel in our work, visiting job sites around the country, and we rack up a lot of expenses and paper receipts which normally would totally get lost and forgotten. But Ramp sends a text and reminders for each time a receipt is required, and being able to submit a photo by text has made it super easy for our team to stay on top of getting them submitted. Plus, these expenses get reported in a daily digest which I look at every day to keep an eye on our rate of spend.
Then, when accounting time rolls around, we use the Quickbooks integration which easily imports our transactions into our books. Since Ramp automatically categorizes expenses with pretty good accuracy, it's very easy for us to set up rules and run a few checks before committing those to our books. We used to use spreadsheets for this, so this is a gamechanger.
We also recently started experimenting with using virtual cards to categorize and compartmentalize spending. This has brought a whole world of customization to our awareness. I can't wait to dive deeper into these settings to modernize our spend workflow, which has basically lumped all our transactions together on physical cards.
I wholehartedly recommend Ramp to any company with more than a few expenses per month. It makes tracking those a breeze, and the added accounting discipline made by possible by Ramp's encouragement is a huge help when tax time comes along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ramp has a lot customizability, and sometimes these get lost in menus. There is a search bar which I wish were more prominent and more granular for finding these settings - though it would be amazing if the menus could be fine tuned so that settings could be found organizally. Ramp saves time by not having to fill out traditional expense reports, money by spending less time tracking everything and entering it and keeps our team on track with budgeting and receipt collection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that it was a little easier to find where your rewards are in your account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Everything is on auto-pilot. You just buy something with your card and then respond to the text requesting a picture of the receipt and a description--you don't have to save your receipts, scan them later, get way behind on reimbursements and dread doing them or any of that. And then it prompts the accounting person to code it for QuickBooks and then syncs and it just magically shows up in QuickBooks. This also makes the end-of-month credit card reconciliation a non-event because everything is already there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I hesitate to say this because it might be possible and I just don't know how to do it --- but we have multiple bank accounts and it would be nice to be able to specify which bank account a specific transaction should get charged to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great platform to corporate our expenses automation of receipts and spending insights, our financial management is made simple by smooth connections with this accounting software. The cashbacks and rewards on our corporate cards are just like a bonus to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It has extremely excellent features, but sometimes spending limits are not flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ramp has really streamlined our AP process. it seamlessly integrates with our tech stack and it handles our company card, our billpay via ACH, and our travel. They have put a lot of effort into their user experience and it has allowed us to even stop subscribing to other services that we were using, just because we could use Ramp's interface for all of it. As a consultant to various companies, I am introduced to a types of software and SaaS, however since being introduced to Ramp I have been thoroughly impressed with how it not only operates for us accounting consultants, but also for any company itself. I love the ability it has to reimburse the employee immediately as well as create separate cards for monthly services or for just one vendor and create spending policies too! It is an amazing tool that integrates well with most accounting systems and set-up has been quick and easy each time I do it. I love Ramp and the rebate system is fantastic!!!! There is really only one minor issue I have with Ramp and it is when I am in my Accountant's portal trying to gain access to my own company's information and reporting. I seem to have difficulties finding what I'm looking for and the reports aren't quite Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ramp has been a huge benefit to our company, making it really easy to administer cards to employees in our distributed team and to code transactions to help make closing accounting a lot easier. Implementation was very easy and there are great integrations with our accounting software. I've been a user for a long time and very impressed with the new features that are being rolled out consistently. Haven't really needed customer support often but they have been very responsive when needed. We use Ramp daily and are very happy with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Downsides for me are not being able to pay international wires in foreign transactions, and some better dashboards for spend over time would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ramp is a highly robust AP and expense management system that is also user-friendly, allowing new users to adapt quickly. It supports built-in integrations with leading accounting software, and its open API enables custom reporting as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love a built-in sync dashboard. The Dashboard would display the sync status of AP/Reimbursement and Credit Card transactions that synced or attempted to sync to the accounting system. Downloading the sync reports or clicking into each transaction with a sync error is not ideal for high transaction volume clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
