Our non-profit organization has been using Ramp for over a year, and we could not be more pleased. It was quick to set up, and our staff has found it easy to use. We love being able to upload receipts through our phones. The customer support has been great. Our bookkeeper also finds it easy to use, and appreciates the QuickBooks integration. Highly recommend! Honestly, there is nothing I would say that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the emails you get when the cards are used and how you can specify what users need to complete for the memo, receipt and Quickbooks coding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only issue I've had so far was the application process for clients. It's too simple. For each client, I've received follow up emails with additional questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Complete visibility over spend and reimbursement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The training for the Beta travel feature could be more extensive. The Admin side doesn't make it clear that the employees using the program also need access to a virtual card in order to be able to book travel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Multiple ways to upload receipts, quick auto-matching capabilities, and reminders when I've forgotten to add a receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have no dislikes, everything is amazing so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nearly everything can be cusomized with settings for just about everything. Works great with Quickbooks. Lots of support implementing the product. Does exactly what we need and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is very complicated to learn. They offer tons of support with learning the system and implementing. I'm used to figuring out this type of software and I have low need for support. For Ramp, I really needed a bit of extra help since there are so many customizations and nuances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about Ramp is that it has made our corporate credit card process so much smoother and easier for all involved. The cardholders love the ease of use and being able to see and code their transactions right away. As an admin, being able to hold individuals responsible for their charges and prompt them (remind them) to finish coding or adding the backup is great and just a touch of a button. The Ramp site helps keep it all organized and the implementation was extremely easy! There are so many features available that we are excited to be able to also be able to replace our previous invoice and expense report software. We use it daily and love that it syncs to quickly and easily to our accounting ERP (NetSuite). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have not found anything so far that we dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Seemless implementation with amazing features for every day use. They are constantly updating the site to ease user access and their customer service is very knowledgable and always provides a solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not come across any downsides to Ramp! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Lots of useful features. Intuitive to use. Customer support is generally very knowleageable and responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times it's frustrating as customer support isn't keen on resolving problems via zoom at all, but sometimes an issue can be addressed or at least conveyed much easier and faster via zoom versus writing it all out. Instead there's tons of back and forth describing with emails when a 5-10min call can resolve or conveyed. This is one of the things I wish ramp support would be more open to.
The other thing that's lacking about ramp is when it comes to international employees and reimbursements. Each time I've used it, it's a huge hassle, and the conversion rates is extremely frustrating even if the employee enters the amount in USD it somehow still ignores the USD field.
ps - to the ramp CS comment below - I am referring to a ZOOM CALL, A VIDEO CALL where screenshare can be done. I'm NOT talking about a phon call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
