En el tiempo que tengo utilizando Ramco es muy amigable e intuitivo, tiene áreas de oportunidad como cualquier otro sistema, pero es muy fácil trabajar con él, soy usuario de tiempo completo con Ramco, y el tiempo que tengo utilizándolo es bastante eficiente en mi trabajo, actualmente el soporte que tiene es bueno falta mejorar pero van por buen camino.
