Any product including those produced by my company has room for improvement and keeping up with changing requirements. Qvidian does a good job keeping up.
Qvidian was developed over time by proposal managers for proposal management in the real world. The feature set serves the benefits required for scalable and flexible compliance with real customer demands including:
• Content management
• Document automation

Qvidian is very responsive to customer ideas in adding requested features when possible, including some I suggested. The biggest change I'd like at this stage of my association with the product is the provision of simple, license-free (within the enterprise) access to the content database. Ease of use and ability to ensure content is reviewed and confirmed up to date. Allows SMEs to review multiple records at once and ensures RFP writers can be confident they are using the correct information. We particularly like the templates that can be used for DDQs where the same questions are asked every year so the answers can be linked to the question and the updated responses pulled into the template. This saves a huge amount of time and effort in finding the correct answer.

With so many features and customizable options, the software can feel a little too complex at times. Also, sometimes things get "broken" when new features or updates are added. I really like the fact that Qvidian creates a professional proposal and it is intuitive enough to learn most used responses. There are many useful functions that make day to day working much easier. Qvidian is helpful for RFPs. No more digging for old answers and the content library and AI suggestions make it fast and easy to use and implement (user friendly).
