What do you like best about QuotaPath?

What do you like best about QuotaPath?

Deploymeny was so easy that I was able to get around 99% complete with some niche items requiring minimal support. The integration with Salesforce is extremely easy to understand and complete that we were up and running within just a couple of hours of work from myself.

When I did need customer support their chat feature within the application with one of their reps was incredibly helpful.

What do you dislike about QuotaPath?

There is nothing about QuotaPath that I disliked. I can tell that the product team has spent a lot of time making onboarding as simple as possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, as a lot of new businesses do, our compensation was ran out of excel spreadsheets that had to be updated between sales, salesforce, and finance. Sometime there were human error mistakes that may not get resolved before payroll hit and would get fixed on the next payroll.

With QuotaPath, every rep has a realtime view of their compensation and can ask any questions about any deal if there's a decrepency. If there are missing deals they'll know they need to update Salesforce to then sync over to QuotaPath to show exactly what their owed. On top of that, any questions Finance has for Sales can be directly added to QuotaPath for any deal so there is two way communication. Having a source of truth that is updated in realtime and sync to all of the records keeps everyone on the same which in turn saves time and money.

On top of all of that, the visibility that they reps get is amazing. Compensation is a very personal topic for them so having full visibility truly makes that process less stressful and gives them control to make corrections long before payroll is due. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuotaPath?

The ease of use of the platform is excellent - I love the transparency it provides on how earnings are calculated for a deal. Their customer support is top notch - I know I will always get my questions answered. They also have great resources available to help guide our comp strategy and decision making. Over the two years we have been using this tool, they have rolled out new functionality - like draft plans - that have directly addressed our growing needs. What do you dislike about QuotaPath?

This is minor for our workflows, but we do have to export our payouts from QuotaPath and then enter them into our payroll system manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QuotaPath?

I like the visibility and breakdown for commissions earned. The forecasting tool is also really helpful. Being able to set personal commission goals, and having the tools to track them is a gamechanger, and will help me to progress and improve as an SDR, and hopefully get me on the right track for a promotion in the future!

Overall, Quotapath is really easy to use and implement. I check it daily to make sure I keep on top of my earnings, and if I ever need any help, their support team is always on hand to assist me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuotaPath?

The only thing I don't like at the moment is the delay in communications between Hubspot and Quotapath. It may be an issue with our integration, but it normally takes a couple of days for Quotapath numbers to reflect what's shown in Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping to give a clear indication of commission earned for me and my team. We can check Quotapath every day, and seeing our commission creep up throughout the month is really encouraging. We used to calculate and track commission manually which took a lot of time and effort. Quotapath saves us all that time and effort, and shows earnings in a really engaging and satisfying way. 3. Ongoing customer support and experience

Manually reporting and confirming rep's commission payout in spreadsheets was time consuming not a great way to help the rep track their own attainment over time and help movitate them. With QuotaPath the team will be able to see where they're at in regards to goal at any point and also historically which motivates the rep and also saves me time from having to report on these metrics adhoc. I think they are in the process of maturing as a product and organization; as the industry is maturing. The product team is firing enhancements out so I can't wait to see where that goes, but no real complaints. Maybe a few more functions around manual deal creation and payout eligibility. Not too much, building plans out for the very first time might be a bit confusing (when it comes to more complex comp plans), there are some settings you need to be aware of that are not that intuitive, but our CSM offered plenty of help so can't really complain! What problems is QuotaPath solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a RevOps team of one, I am very grateful for QuotaPath! It has a very agile Salesforce integration, all you need to do is build the comp plans for the year/quarter, and approve payouts at the end of the month - no more spreadsheets and manual work to calculate commissions.
