Deploymeny was so easy that I was able to get around 99% complete with some niche items requiring minimal support. The integration with Salesforce is extremely easy to understand and complete that we were up and running within just a couple of hours of work from myself.
When I did need customer support their chat feature within the application with one of their reps was incredibly helpful.

The ease of use of the platform is excellent - I love the transparency it provides on how earnings are calculated for a deal. Their customer support is top notch - I know I will always get my questions answered. They also have great resources available to help guide our comp strategy and decision making. Over the two years we have been using this tool, they have rolled out new functionality - like draft plans - that have directly addressed our growing needs. I like the visibility and breakdown for commissions earned. The forecasting tool is also really helpful. Being able to set personal commission goals, and having the tools to track them is a gamechanger, and will help me to progress and improve as an SDR, and hopefully get me on the right track for a promotion in the future!
Overall, Quotapath is really easy to use and implement. I check it daily to make sure I keep on top of my earnings, and if I ever need any help, their support team is always on hand to assist me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I don't like at the moment is the delay in communications between Hubspot and Quotapath. It may be an issue with our integration, but it normally takes a couple of days for Quotapath numbers to reflect what's shown in Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When evaluating software I look at a few factors.
1. Ease of use
2. Ease of Integration and Implementation
3. Ongoing customer support and experience
The team at QuotaPath is very knowledgeable in this space and it shows that they understand the pains of commission management and payout with how easy their software is to set up and use.

I think they are in the process of maturing as a product and organization; as the industry is maturing. The product team is firing enhancements out so I can't wait to see where that goes, but no real complaints. Maybe a few more functions around manual deal creation and payout eligibility. Not too much, building plans out for the very first time might be a bit confusing (when it comes to more complex comp plans), there are some settings you need to be aware of that are not that intuitive, but our CSM offered plenty of help so can't really complain! Once the setup was completed, there was very little for anyone to do
