The customer service is consistent and reliable with well versed assistants and near 24/7 help. The system could use a little upgrade for uploading data as it struggles with large excel imports and needs to be broken up or manually entered. I've not tried integrations much and I haven't seen any AI features. **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** Its not that great when importing data from previous years and can be time consuming getting switched over. Its also not as idiot-proof to use for grading. **What problems is QuickSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has parent and student portals so everyone knows where they are holding academically. The customer support is very quick and helpful. I use this program on a regular basis and have learned to manage only some of the features. While it does have a bit of a learning curve, once you get used to it, I find it easy to navigate and use. It did not take long to implement the program between teachers and parents but it did take some time to integrate it into the life of the school. **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** The interface is sometimes lacking. A few bugs to work out. There are a lot of tiny, inconspicuous buttons for configuration. sometimes they are overlooked because they are so small. **What problems is QuickSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickschools provides storage and a way to organize school information. It is great to have everything in one place. I especially appreciate that the parents have a portal to view their student's information quickly and easily without having to contact the school. ### 8.
