I use QuickEMR every day in my practice. It can be customized to my needs. I can create templates that are specific to the conditions/diagnosis I treat or I can use the generalized templates the program comes with. Customer support is flexible and responsive to my practice needs.
David Tarr, owner, has ensured to have a great team of live support and online support. I am very pleased with Greg, live customer service/support, who has been nothing but helpful with setting up QuickEMR to meet my practice needs as well as helping me learn how to use the program. We jumped right in looking for a new practice management software system and looked at all the big players and we didn't feel they were serving us thoughtfully. Quick EMR had just what our 5 Physical Therapist private practice needed. David the owner answered the phone and was very high-touch. We were up quickly and the software is a snap to use. Their help desk is quick to respond. Very quick. We had good follow-up to our questions too if something needed more than one call.
