Quickbooks online is a fantastic tool for accounting firms. Its user-friendly interface makes it easy to navigate, even for those who aren't tech-savy. The ability to access the software from anywhere is incredibly convenient, especially for remote work. The automated features like invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation save a lot of time and reduce the chance of erros. Additionally, the integration with other financial tools and apps streamlines our workflow, making it more efficient. My company uses Quickbooks Online everyday! I am using this since 2017 and In this every solution that I required. It's easy to use their customer support and help assistance feature responded the query in time. I have integrated with several other application, like Avalara, Ramp, etc. Our agent and I daily use Quickbooks online for generating invoice, enter the expances, Implementation is very simplet. I love that quickbooks is extreamly user friendly. I love that its easy to sync up bank and credit card transactions. I love how easy it is to implent in our company. Its perfect for daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few things i would change with QB. We just recently started using the QB Avanced and I would like it if it allowed users that aren't Admin or Standard all access to have access to the app instead of having to go on the website everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm reaching out to express my serious frustration with Intuit’s customer service and policies. I need to downgrade my subscription from Advanced to Simple Start—I have no interest in paying $235 per month for a plan that’s beyond what I need.
However, my attempts to make this change have been met with unacceptable roadblocks. The system is designed to push users towards costly options, making it nearly impossible to downgrade without a battle. This kind of tactic, where customers are compelled to jump through hoops just to adjust their plan, is incredibly frustrating and feels exploitative. It’s shocking that I was even asked to pay in advance before a downgrade could be processed!
In addition, the quality of customer support is unacceptable. When I reached out on 11/08/2024 for assistance, I was transferred from one agent to another, none of whom seemed equipped to help. One agent, whom I could barely understand, hung up on me, seemingly at a loss on how to resolve my issue. When I tried using the chat support, I was met with the same lack of competence and assistance, only to be told I would need to wait until Monday since no one was available to help over the weekend.
It’s astonishing that Intuit, a company of this size, would allow a situation like this to unfold, effectively preventing customers from managing their subscriptions easily and efficiently. Forcing customers into upselling conversations when they simply want a downgrade option should not be standard practice—it feels misleading and manipulative. I'm posting this complaint publicly to make others aware and to urge Intuit to reconsider its policies and improve its customer service standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My experience with QuickBooks has been nothing short of a nightmare. I encountered an issue with the payroll setup due to an error on QuickBooks' side, and their support team advised me to cancel the setup. I was explicitly assured by their support representative that canceling the process would not result in any additional credit checks.
However, to my shock and dismay, I discovered multiple hard credit checks on my credit report after following their advice. When I confronted QuickBooks support about this, they informed me that each direct deposit application triggers a credit check and that these checks are irreversible. This is a complete contradiction to the information I was initially given, where I was assured there would be no further checks. Furthermore, I was informed that our payroll threshold should have exempted us from any credit checks in the first place.
The support representatives have proven to be utterly incompetent, providing misleading and incorrect information. Their failure to resolve this issue or even acknowledge their mistake is deeply concerning. It's clear that QuickBooks has no regard for the impact their actions have on their customers' credit ratings and overall financial health.
Despite reaching out multiple times, their response has been dismissive and unhelpful. They merely reiterated their policies without taking any responsibility for the misinformation provided by their own support team. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable for a company handling sensitive financial data.
I strongly advise anyone considering QuickBooks to think twice. Their deceptive practices and inadequate support have caused significant damage to my credit score, and their refusal to rectify the situation speaks volumes about their customer service standards. If QuickBooks does not take immediate and appropriate action to resolve this matter, I will escalate this issue to the credit bureaus, the Better Business Bureau, and any other relevant authorities to ensure they are held accountable for their actions.
Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and customer-focused alternative to QuickBooks. This experience has been a clear indicator of their lack of professionalism and respect for their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The interface is extremely intuitive and easy to navigate as well.
The most liked features are invoicing, expense tracking, and inventory management. I frequently use it, almost every day.
My manager said approving invoices is very easy and can be done on the go.
Integration with payroll softwares and also e-commerce softwares is the best.
