In Qucate, we have built a library of test scripts for the websites and applications that we are responsible for. New test scripts are quick and simple to build and can be combined with existing test scripts to create a test run that is suitable for the task, whether it's testing a new development or regression testing a specific area after a release. What I like most about Qucate is how quickly a test plan can be set up and allocated to a specific member of the team. The work can be carefully managed and the progress monitored through the dashboard. The library of test scripts to work from builds each time a new one is created so I believe using Qucate will be far more efficient than our current process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although Qucate is a new product, there are already interesting developments in the pipeline. At the moment, with the current workflow, it's a bit difficult to share test results within the business to gain approval for live release but this is already being addressed with future development. I think integrating a new tool within your existing process is always going to have certain difficulties but it's also an opportunity to review the process and adapt.
