The review/approval functionality is easy to use and good at organizing documents to address. The layout in document editing with comments and suggestions is simple and easy to utilize. Organization of change controls and form template creation has also greatly decreased time spent documenting. Finally, formatting from Microsoft suite programs is often fairly easy to integrate, with some caveats. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** Table creation and editing are big sore points in document editing. Tables do not automatically update to the proper formatting when adding cells (columns or rows), and I cannot add more than one row/column at a time, which greatly increases time spent. When multiple people have a document open, such as an author and editor, it often will become confused on which person's changes to register and has deleted large bulleted text sections in my experience. There's often an issue of formatting after adding a figure to a document. When adding the figure, bullet formatting after insertion will sometimes not function properly and require completely removing the figure and re-insertion. Finally, bulleting in Microsoft suite programs like Word sometimes does not translate into Qualio, which requires painstaking re-formatting. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** The editor function has been hit or miss, but the functionality of hyperlinking documents has been incredibly beneficial. ### 4. The Customer Support during our initial implementation stage was commendable where every step of our migration from paper based system to Qualio was inexplicably planned and organised. Upon implementation, and as this is the system we use on a daily basis, training of other staffs in our organization and getting them up and running with the system has been rather simple given the ease of its use. The features that we had adopted such as Documents, Training, CAPAs, Protocol Deviations, CAPA ,MANAGEMENT, CHANGE CONTROL and many more has enabled accuarte caprtuing of all important Quality events and routing for review, approval and close-out effectively. Qualio has also enabled us to integrate with SharePoint effectively. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** The inability of Qualio at present to arrange Documents-SOPs based on its alphabetical order is the downfall. Also, in terms of Supplier management, the lack of options to arrange them into groups is another downfall **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. With Qualio, Multiple Authors are now able to edit and author documents, which can then be sent immediately for review and approval, which is a huge benefit for us given that we were using paper based system before. 2. We are able to accuarately and effectively capture all events such as PDs, Quality reviews, and Non-Conformances in a timely manner and adpot an effective CAPA for each of them. ### 10. Following onboarding at our company, it did not take me long to learn all Qualio's functionalities, which made passing it on to the rest of the team very easy. I love that Qualio continuously take on feedback for future updates, and that they are constantly improving existing functionality and coming up with new features. The ability to test everything in the sandbox is also great for ease of integration. Customer support is very consistent and helpful, which gives us peace of mind, especially during quality audits. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** The migration of all our quality documents took a very long time, and because most things were not available to hyperlink as we progressed through the migration, it meant a lot of work in the first 12 months to get this up to scratch. Very much 'quality of input = quality of output'. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualio has helped us move all our previously paper-based systems into one online platform. This has cut the time taken to perform basic document updates and change controls by more than half. From the time that I get an email from Qualio reminding me of a training that I need to complete, it is no more that 3 clicks to be reading the training module. I have used many different LMS systems in the past and they all had fairly complex user interfaces that made it time consuming, and sometimes confusing, to navigate to the required training. Not so with Qualio. The dashboard is crystal clear and it is easy to navigate. I also like the simplicity of completing the training. Once I have completed the training it is just a couple of clicks to log my training as complete. I also like the reminders that come by email about trainings that need to be completed. They are there for me at the top of my inbox when I logon in the morning. That is also the perfect time for me to catch up on training. Altogether I think this simplicity makes it more likely that me and my team will remain compliant to our training matrix. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** I would love an easier system for modifying documents within the system, perhaps a plugin that works with MS Word. So far, the potential for us to integrate into Hubspot to reduce manual reduancies provides further opportunity to streamline our business. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** I don't have any downsides on Qualio. However, Qualio is still lacking many features of MS Word and I'm not able to perform most of the analytics that I need. The training modules were very helpful because the alternative would be handing our analysts a hard-copy of the questionnaires. Additionally, showing the completion rate of the trainings made it much easier to track which analysts still required it. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** The formatting can become somewhat glitchy, especially when adding images and bullet pointed text. Many of my SOP's and TP's use visuals to better show the process, but putting them in often completely renumbers the bulletpoints throughout the document. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qualio provided a solution where we sought to digitalize our documentation, much of which is still hard-copy. It has significantly reduced the amount of paper consumed by QC, and also mostly eliminated issues such as the possibility of a hard copy being lost. As the QC technical writer at my job, it also gave me a place where I could access my documents in a central place and just as quickly show it to my supervisors and other subject matter experts.
