I've been using Qualio for the past two to years for our department's quality training. In my experience, it’s one of the best platforms for document management in a corporate setting. I've been using Qualio for the last two and a half years, and I've had great success managing and storing documents. Once logged in, navigate to the dashboard to easily view the latest and upcoming policy changes. We rely on Qualio for our day-to-day operations, which significantly improves our ability to provide quick and accurate customer support. I've been using Qualio for the past 2.5 years for Department Quality Training. I like how it helps us manage training, including leave planning, company policies, department training policies, tax procedures, and more. Qualio is very user-friendly and keeps all documents organized. It’s a great tool for MNCs and multinational companies because it simplifies training and document management, making it easier for the Admin department to go paperless. This is one of the best features of Qualio. We use it frequently for various training needs, especially in our Integration Department where I work in the Ops team. It also helps us with client-side documents and customer support training. I like how organized Qualio helps us to be. We use Qualio everyday and use most of the features. We are working on increasing our use of the features. The downside is that it takes time to set up. But taking the time to mess around with Qualio and learn how to use it is worth it in the long-run. I also wish there was a way to organize our documents a little more rather than having them all in one library that needs to be searched rather than organizing into folders or sections.
