The ease of use, the amount of time that it saves my recruiter, and the ability to do interviews at the convenience of the potential candidate. The ability to do multiple interviews at one time. That you can send the recorded answers to the hiring managers so that the recruiter is not trying to paraphrase what the candidate said, it comes right from them and there are no details left out. Only the fact that we cannot customize the type of interview it says when it is being sent to someone, like trying to use it for background checks or reference checks.
