As a surveyee, the reward is good if you get picked, but of course, you hardly ever get picked, so you're filling out a lot of screeners with no follow-ups. I find the cost to be super competitive given the hands-on support you get throughout the project. The support staff with Qualboard is with you from start to finish, creating a huge time-saving benefit when it comes to programming and keeping respondents engaged and up-to-date with their activities. My PM has always been proactive with updates and offers solutions if we are encountering roadblocks with engagement. They are willing to work through the board objectives with you to ensure you design your guide in a way that will be most effective and user-friendly for respondents. From an analysis standpoint, it would be helpful if you could filter by multiple tags (e.g. males AND age 18-25) - Right now, my understanding is that filtering by those tags would include ALL males and ALL respondents ages 18-25. The reporting feature is also a little clunky, but could be easily improved by the ability to filter for more tags.
I've also seen other apps / programs that have started to use AI analysis to help summarize findings and would love to see that feature come to life on Qualboard. Would also be helpful to have a feature that could export the charts directly into powerpoint or excel.
