The "logic" to survey questions is nonexistent, which can make creating surveys cumbersome. To add to it, it's impossible to visually re-order questions, which makes is EXTREMELY difficult to follow your survey questions if you missed on in the original creation. information given before purchasing my plan was very misleading. for example, the survey function wasn't working on mobile actually but their website doesn't mention this. you only get to learn this when you purchase and can't add pop-up to your mobile website. The next thing is that this pop-up was still with a watermark even after we paid to remove that. I had to talk endlessly with the support agent to have them remove that. The other thing is that the pop-up was showing on top of the page, even though we arranged it to be on the bottom. there were other problems with it as well. I reached out to the support agents for every problem and realized that the problems would continue in the future and asked for a refund. They told me to wait and that they will fix it. 2 months later, I missed my cancellation period, and the tool still wasn't working properly. Every time I asked for a refund, they told me they would look into it and I should wait. After some time, they stopped replying altogether and I've been waiting to hear back from them since 3 October. Today is 5th December. No refund, no solution, and they have the audacity to send me an email, asking how satisfied I am. How can I be satisfied when I paid 200$ for a tool I wasnt even able to use once due to technical problems? I have emailed lots of times about this problem, even left at least 3 messages on their website explaining the problem but they never got back to me. I do not recommend them at all.
