We were assured by Quadient that we could use other labels besides theirs, which was a key factor in our decision to work with them. However, we discovered that the system is designed to only utilize their proprietary labels, contrary to their claims.

When we attempted to cancel our account due to this misinformation, we were informed that we are stuck in a contract. This is extremely frustrating, especially since their assurances were a significant misrepresentation of their product.

They take 1-2 weeks to bill us, give us only 28 total days to pay, and don't deposit the check for 3-6 days after confirmed receipt. They charge us late fees for their slow time. Customer service is non-existant, you will wait on the phone for 30+ minutes to get a person and it will be the wrong department to then have to wait another 20+ minutes for the right person. The phone directory is awful, you never get connected to the right person. They charged us a late fee when we had started the cancellation process 2 weeks prior and didn't use out machine anymore. The supplies were super expensive, support was slow and even more expensive. BEWARE of the LEASE - It's long and you can't get out of it without paying THROUGH THE NOSE. Plus, they wouldn't even show me how they calculated the 5x ish last payment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You have to call 90 days prior to end of contract no sooner or later.

Says their server is rejected your email it is not a safe server.

If you do not fill out the form correctly.

It's denied .they will charge you again on annual bases. You can not send the meter mail machine to them they will reject it.

They are listed bbb with hundred complaints of the same thing.

Phone support hours were extended outside the regular buisness hours, which was nice because I knew it would be a long time I spent on the phone trying to resolve my issue, so it wouldn't pull me away from real work being accomplished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quadient double auto-billed my account in a month (and I was on a quarterly payment system), and when it was brought to their attention, I was given such a runaround where I would spend over an hour weekly on the phone (not on hold) trying to track down a check to rectify their mistake. I spent the last 9 months trying to get this corrected with submitted documentation a multitude of times and I eventually gave up, because it's simply not worth the trouble. First, rates have skyrocketed while service levels have decreased. They forced us to upgrade to equipment that does not work as well as our previous machine. And we had to pay far more. Then they notified us that some functions we had in the previous machine were no longer included. And the final straw, they removed our NEOPOST services and then offered to add them back at a crazy high rate. They have been rude and direct in their response sot our complaints.
