I loved creating personalized communications tailored to individual preferences and behaviors. I also delivered these communications through various channels, including print, email, SMS, and mobile apps.

It's performance wise faster compared to others, and I did a lot of Scripting within Inspire by avoiding other technologies like .net, java...etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have seen issues whenever it comes with a new version. Some of the old functionality is missing, or upgrading causes a revisit of the old workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my experience, there is nothing that can't be done with Quadient Inspire. Sometimes *I* don't know how to do it, or I need to spend some time figuring it out, but truly there seem to be no limits to its capabilities. I love to come across projects that need something unique, something outside the box. It's these moments that force me to stretch my abilities and unlock some new potential within Inspire. The downsides can be related to the upsides. I stated earlier that there doesn't seem to be anything you can't do with Inspire. However, those downsides are that I do wish some more modules were created that would take away some of the complex scripting that we need. I sometimes worry about building a very complex workflow with a lot of code and nuances that another user coming after me may not understand. Quadient is a customer communication management platform which stands above from the rest. There are a lot of CCM tools available on the market but it totally depends on the use case that we are looking for. Extensive Capabilities, Data Integration, Flexibility and Multi-channel delivery are the few things that I like most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
