Product Description

Qrvey includes everything you'll need to move your analytics beyond just visualizations to include your entire data pipeline. It is an enterprise-class, serverless application that utilizes dozens of AWS microservices with an Elasticsearch backend for peak performance and optimization. With Qrvey, you can quickly connect to all your existing structured, semi-structured and unstructured data sources. Qrvey will then enhance and transform your data with automatic profiling that includes machine learning for objection detection, keyphrases, sentiment analysis and more. Once your data is loaded, you can build and share interactive charts, reports, pages, metrics and dashboards, complete with filtering, drill-downs, navigation and more. Qrvey also includes a powerful automation engine that lets users build data-driven workflows that can be triggered when new data is received or when metrics and thresholds have been met. Actions include sending alerts and notifications, loading new data and updating third-party systems. Our Enterprise solution is ideal for embedded, distributed or white-labeled analytics applications that include semi- and unstructured data.

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Qrvey takes a different approach to embedded analytics. We are the only embedded analytics solution built specifically for the SaaS multi-tenant use case. Instead of focusing almost completely on the front end, we know that any analytics function starts with data.

Qrvey includes a full-featured data lake, not a basic relational caching layer. Furthermore, by including a data lake, the cost to scale out is much less than with traditional data warehouses.

On the user facing side of the platform, Qrvey offers more embedded components and APIs to personalize the experience beyond static dashboards.

Qrvey offers:
- Everything is a JS embed, no iframes
- Dashboards and builders
- Dataset creation for individual users
- No-code workflow automation
- Full white-labeling and CSS support

The product was not scalable with large (tables and data) databases requiring synchronization.

The company philosophy is to offer a minimum viable product and fix features as customers find issues and bugs. And there were many many bugs during our one year trying to use the product before giving up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qrvey?

Qrvey's implementation and support in the post-sales process are stellar! They listen to your needs and do their best to assist in getting solutions either creatively using existing features or planning future enhancements. They seem to understand the rigid nature of legacy BI solutions and put their efforts into being both responsive to their clients and being modern in their approach. What do you dislike about Qrvey?

Hosting cost can be a little hard to predict. The infrastructure pricing is all based on consumption within AWS, so if some unexpected activity spikes up, it can quickly drive up the hosting cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Qrvey solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are leveraging Qrvey to present a more flexible ad hoc reporting platform to our B2B SaaS customers. Our existing reporting platform is SQL Reporting Services, and we hear a lot of desire from our customers to have better and more flexible access to their data in the way they want to use it. Qrvey's support team is extremely helpful, especially when implementing in a complex SaaS environment.

In addition to the excellent technical support, Qrvey's ability to provide a full suite of analytics makes them unique in this field. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qrvey?

One of the most frustrating aspects of the Qrvey implementation was this weird "data ballooning" issue, where our data kept expanding beyond what we had estimated. It took a lot of data analysis to figure out what was causing this data issue, but Qrvey eventually figured it out and released a bug fix to address it. We'll continue to monitor our data usage, but we're optimistic that Qrvey fixed the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Building a full set of analytic tools and dashboards would have required an enormous amount of resources and time for our organization.
