We've been using Qiscus Omnichannel Platform for several years, and it has truly transformed the way we manage customer interactions. The platform's ability to integrate seamlessly with various communication channels like WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and email has been a game-changer for us. - Qiscus helps my business to connect with customers in a fast and efficient way.
- Bot features really help my business which has 4 branches in other cities to assign the customers to each branch customer service agent.
- Marketing broadcast. Every month i download the MAU phone number and broadcast some marketing promo to them, it resulted to sales increase.

- Unavailability of chat reply feature and feature to delete chat to customer.
- Sometimes the bot is not responding to the phrase and leading to wrong agent.
- A bit pricey subscription, cannot be paid monthly, the offer quarterly billing payment.

Qiscus provide a very unique features that help our CS team (custom buttons).
Just by click the custom button, we can send a template and run several logic inside it.

Qiscus has an important role in customer service in handling many customers, especially students in educational institutions. Some points, in my opinion, are the best problem-solving that Qiscus has provided, namely:
1. The Assign Chat to and Add Agent features can overcome student problems that are often in the wrong domain without sending the relevant part number. This feature makes it very easy for students and other agents.
2. The Pin Chat Room feature makes it easy for Agents to mark student problems that need more extended handling Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. the weakness of this qiscus is that there is an expiration limit on conversations, so sometimes, many unresolved obstacles have ended. A red mark as a form of an unread message sometimes also appears when sending replies to customers.

- Very helpful in multichat platforms so we only need 1 dashboard to receive tickets from various channels
- Assist in marketing campaigns process and brand awareness with the WA API & WA broadcast
- The Qiscus team is very supportive and quick to answer all questions and needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Maybe there are new products such as Q-Ticketing which have been released but there is no documentation that can be studied. But the Qiscus team always offers training, but maybe documentation such as a manual is really needed and can be used as a suggestion in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
