What do you like best about Qgiv?

Very user friendly for back end and public. Peer to peer package is amazing for getting more money raised. We utilized it to the fullest extend for our 5k this year and raised almost double what was typically done! Integration with bloomerang is great too, as that is our donaor software already. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

It is a little spendy for a non profit, but it is nice that we can turn certain features on and off to save money. It absolutely pays for itself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marissa Johnson of Qgiv

Thank you for your review, Addie! We're so glad to hear that Qgiv by Bloomerang is saving you time and effort on your peer-to-peer events, auctions, and more. Don't hesitate to reach out if you ever have questions, and happy fundraising!

What do you like best about Qgiv?

Qgiv has all of the features we need to run our events; auctions, runs, P2P fundraisers, etc. It easily syncs with our CRM system and allows us to hit our fundraising goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

It doesn't always match donors perfectly to those already in our database. For example, it may not match 123 Main Street vs 123 Main St. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qgiv?

Qgiv reports and integrations were definitely key for me. Being able to enter cash or check donations is also helpful since not everyone pays through online portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

When entering in pledge donations, it gets a little complicated. Sometimes we know the donor is going to send the money after the event is over, but we still want to enter them into Qgiv so we can get guest information. So you have to basically enter that they have paid for the sponsorship or table and then track that it is unpaid on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marissa Johnson of Qgiv

Customer feedback is what drives our product roadmap, so thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're happy to hear that you find it easy to take cash and check donations, and that you appreciate our frequently updated features. For pledge donations, we'd love to work with you directly to better understand your use case and find a solution. Please reach out to us at support@qgiv.com so we can help you find a solution!

What do you like best about Qgiv?

What do we like the best about Qgiv? The customer service and support we receive. Any new software launch can be overwhelming and time-consuming, but with Qgiv they supported us from the very beginning. They made sure we had the right custom fields and packages unlocked to be able to host a successful event. After we built out the platform, they made sure we had the training to use it and feel confident for the day of the event. Even during our event, they checked on us and made sure we could continue with the success.

We also like the silent auction option, it helps to make our gala more successful and our guests are enjoying their experiences. It's straight and to the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

What do you dislike about Qgiv? What we didn't care for no longer exists on the platform, so there is nothing else to answer in this space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qgiv?

Compared to other fundraising platforms, Qgiv has been simple to learn on our own and provides a wealth of knowledge via article and videos to learn at your own pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

Learning the platform can seem overwhelming at first and our welcome call was scheduled very far out from when our database went live which seemed a bit daunting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qgiv?

The fact that I am able to submit my ideas for updating the website to Customer Support and they actually get reviewed and sometimes even fixed! The integration part with Bloomerang is perfect, it limits a step for my administration team with donations. The easiness of customizing the website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

I have had problems in the past but each of them have been reviewd and added to the website! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Qgiv?

Not only did the support team exceed expectations during our transition from Acceptiva to Qgiv, they have continued to be very helpful throughout our last 4 years. In addition, the forms are easy to use from both a donor and user perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

Once forms are created, they cannot be deleted, only marked as inactive. Although there is a robust Event's module, the guest check-in process can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Lipham of Qgiv

Hi Jennifer,

We're delighted to hear that the Customer Experience team exceeded your expectations during your transition from Acceptiva to Qgiv and has continued to provide valuable assistance over the years. While we understand the limitations around form deletion, there is a work around if you no longer wish to view certain forms. Please reach out to support@qgiv.com for assistance. What do you like best about Qgiv?

One of the best things about Qfiv is the ability to create giving pages and event pages. Also, the Peer-to-Peer fundraising module allows us to register participants for our walk. And this module does not require an annual subscription but can be added or turned off on a quarterly basis. I can also import transactions directly from Qgiv into my CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

I don't have any complaints or issues with Qgiv. There is a learnin curve but it is not steep. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Lipham of Qgiv

What do you like best about Qgiv?

Our organization likes the appearance of QGiv, its attractiveness and ease of use. The best part is that the QGiv support team is consiterate, friendly, accessible, knowledable, and always always figures out our issues - usually very quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

Not crazy about the batches; they seem to be generated randomly. Would much rather expect the batch, for example, every Friday or on the 2nd and 15th of every month Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Caitlin Lipham of Qgiv

What do you like best about Qgiv?

KGF helps us break up our various events by tight and then have some events within them, and it integrates seamlessly with our donor platform. It is user-friendly, and easy to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qgiv?

Learning how to brand your event can be a little tricky, but once you figure it out, it becomes very intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
