Generally, we perform in concert halls that have an existing box office. But when our concert venue does not provide a box office, we turn to Purplepass Ticketing to help us with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for your great review. I wanted to let you know that you are able to print seat locations on complimentary tickets. In your online management interface, go to COMP Guests, select your event, then enter their contact info. Select "CHOOSE SEATS" for ticket type so you can load the map and select the seats you want to assign. Once you complete this, the guest tickets will be generated and sent to them with their seating info on there. In the box office, you can use the COMP payment method to comp an order and it and your tickets will print on the Boca with the seating info on there. Lastly you can do a back-end sale COMP as a 3rd method of generating COMPs with seating info. What do you like best about Purplepass Ticketing?

Very helpful in setting up ticketing system for our Art Festival, both for on site, as well as online purchases. Training our volunteer ticketing coordinator was essential as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the ease of creating my own events and setting up the ticketing system. Whenever I have a problem, their customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Purplepass Ticketing?

Tickets are easily accessible for our guests through Purplepass, it's easy to navigate and the fees are fairly inexpensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We do not charge any signup fees, monthly/annual fees, or any fees on free tickets, COMPs, guest list, or tickets sold in person through the box office, the only place we charge is for tickets purchased online, which are lower than other ticketing platforms that provide similar functionality and service. Of course you can choose to absorb the fees, split them, or even do an annual license if you'd like to eliminate per-ticket fees.

What do you like best about Purplepass Ticketing?

I have used many such services and Purplepass Ticketing is clearly the best. Ease of set up for the coordinator. User-friendly - I had zero complaints from any of my customers. Phone support is a big plus, especially for my older customers who may not be computer-savvy. They are also highly responsive when any issues come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have used others, but Purple Pass has always come through for its professionalism and sheer industry knowledge. We have even used them for our other business needs, and they have delivered!!
