What do you like best about Purplepass Ticketing?

Purplepass has a great user platform on the back end and for ticket buyers. We can create events quickly, and the Purplepass team does a beautiful job making seating maps. Sales run smoothly, and payouts are very timely. The on site equipment is very user friendly and tech support is incredibly responsive. Every aspect of the Purplepass ticketing system is excellent. In the 18 months we have been with Purplepass, we have had very minor issues, and those were mostly when they transitioned from the beta version to the current version. Purplepass Ticketing is simply the best ticketing software I've ever used or experienced. It's super easy top setup events, and you have more options than you could ever need to fine tune your event. The website integration is easy, and if you run into any issues whatsoever, the customer service team is fantastic! We've switched over to running every event through Purplepass, it's just that good. The backend UI takes a little bit to learn, I think it could be a little bit more user friendly. That being said, the customer service team is very helpful in assisting you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Purplepass Ticketing?

Purplepass has been a dream to work with for every ticketed event we’ve done in the past 6+ years! From the start, they are always available to help build out your event page and integrate it into your website, if need be. Ticket types are fully customizable and easy to manage, and the tools offered to communicate with attendees are extremely useful! Day-of box office features, including ticket scanners and/or mobile app makes it easy to keep track of attendees and search orders. Customized reporting helps you make the most of analyzing post-event data. I can’t thank PurplePass enough for making my life as an event producer so much easier! I'm anxiously awaiting the updated PurplePass platform- I love the Beta version, but I would like to see a more refined back-end. Also, I see other platforms offer more marketing options. This is not a necessity for most event producers who have their own marketing campaigns, but it's nice to have a seamless marketing tool on your ticketing platform. Of course we always build your maps for you at no charge.

The service from Purplepass has been exceptional. They took us on as a client despite being a smaller venue than they normally work with, and instead of shoehorning us into what was available, they listened to our needs and tailored their system to work with us. The customer service for the club and our customers has been outstanding. Feedback has been welcomed and incorporated where possible. It has been a friendly and appreciative relationship. Purplepass has helped the effectiveness of communication with our customers. We have been provided with many tools to provide information to ticket buyers. What do you like best about Purplepass Ticketing?

We've been using Purple Pass since 2019 across 6 different events, and we fully intend to keep using them for our events in the future. Ticketing software is as varied as the wide array of ticketing needs out there, but for what we use Purple Pass for, it does the job perfectly. We love the customizable "look and feel" for the purchasers' end, and all of the "back-end" options for the sellers. For example, downloading spreadsheet reports of all of your purchases makes it easy to create check-off lists, search for specific purchasers, etc.

There are also several features I haven't delved into, but I'm happy that they're there if we decide to utilize them, such as SMS Texting and Emailing customers, using tracking links, etc.

It's also nice to view easy-to-read generated stats for ticket sales, so you can gauge the success of specific marketing campaigns.

Lastly, I'll mention that I love the simple pricing structure. It's a very reasonable small percentage and set price per ticket. There is no having to write up contracts long term, purchase bulk packages of tickets, etc. Very simple and nice. We use other ticketing software for different needs we have, but Purple Pass is perfect for what we use it for, and the pricing is much better!
