What do you like best about Pure Chat?

The ability to chat with people, whether existing clients, accounts that owe us money, or new potential leads has been incredibly popular. Integrating Pure Chat onto our web page has been very simple and straight forward, and they even have a WordPress plug in. You can completely customize the chat box to match your page and request only what information you want to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pure Chat?

Nothing, if you think the product is missing something or can be improved, just contact them and most likely they are already working on a solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not only does Pure Chat offer all the features you need, but it is a very down to earth company. If you e-mail them they will actually respond, and better yet, they will even try to implement your ideas if they believe that they are good ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pure Chat has definitely gotten more people to spend time on our web page, and I love that I can see that they are navigating to different pages as I chat with them. In fact, we recently signed up a new client only through chatting and an e-mail or two, we never had to pick up the phone. What do you like best about Pure Chat?

We really didn't want to leave Pure chat because we loved the interface and everything about the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pure Chat?

We had to leave due to the system and software not being GDPR compliant with the new data protection rules that are coming into force within the EU Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Pure Chat:

Purechat was one of the best chat facilities we have used, but we had to swap to SnapEngage, which we do not really like purely because they give us options to be GDPR compliant as a company. So regrettable we had to move and really didn't have a choice. I am sure we would move back if and when Purechat become more GDPR compliant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pure Chat?

I really enjoy how this product helps me be more efficient. It definitely saves me time, while not skimping on quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pure Chat?

An app would be a great use for me. I would be able to use the product much more and across different settings. I utilize a tablet, so that would help me out tremendously. I know that more people would also utilize it with different types of accessibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
