first the Price - this is the most affordable price in the market for excellent services
second - we can see who is chatting with us and from which location this is really important
third - we can see who is on our website and on what page. we can offer chat from our side too
fourth - we can block any IP Address
fifth - Admin area is easy to navigate and everything seems very simple
sixth - we can monitor our colleague chat without letting customer know
seventh - Personal chat widget - excellent tool if someone wants to talk in private like clients
eight - Excellent customer service. all queries are sorted within an hour.
Ninth - we have increased our interaction 50% more then before with pure chat
Tenth - Personalized chat box its very easy to fancy tool to make it more happening for customers
