What do you like best about Pure Chat?

I like that we can see when the other is typing as to avoid confusion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pure Chat?

How often the site goes down. I will often try to get to a customer's chat, but then the site will crash and the questions go unanswered, potentially losing us a sale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Pure Chat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is so helpful being able to communicate with a potential customer immediately, as soon as they have a question. I think a lot of sales we have are due to the info they receive through pure chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Pure Chat?

I love the easy and intuitive way it works. You need a day (tops) to learn how to use it properly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To be honest I find it hard to pinpoint what i dislike. Maybe only the fact that sometimes it's lagging(or maybe that's just my pc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of customization from the admin. The ease of installation. I also like the UX/UI. I think some good time was spent on that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User friendly on both sides (for company and end user). Easy also to adapt the chat to your liking/preferences (look and feel). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Would be great to also send documents via chat & images.

Found of out IE compatibility issues, especially IE 1 does not show the compatibility issue icon any more, so we have some users who never see the live chat pop-up. :( Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
