What do you like best about ProTexting?

We have been using the Text-ToScreen feature for meetings and conferences and it has been working wonderfully for us. The 2 way SMS is very quick and it makes the process of sending and receiving questions/feedback easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProTexting?

It is very easy to get started and to add new keywords. No hassles and great customer service. I have been a customer for almost a decade. Highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProTexting?

I don't like that we are being pushed to use the longer form 10 digit "long codes" versus "short codes" but that is apparently not ProTexting's fault. It is not in their control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
