ProSpend is very user intuitive both from an end-user and administrative perpsective. User up-take within our business has been extremly high and feedback positive. Customer support is also second to none. Issues and queries can be easily logged in the portal and response times are usually a day or less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our ERP system doesn't currently link with ProSpend via an API. This is a feature that would be highly useful and would make things even more efficient.
