What do you like best about ProSpend?

What do you dislike about ProSpend?

Due to our ERP the integration between the two systems is not seamless, however this is due to our system being quite old and is a not ProSpend issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously we collected paper receipts to match back to the credit cards. This was very timely and there was not much accountability by those using the corporate credit card. What do you like best about ProSpend?

ProSpend is very user intuitive both from an end-user and administrative perpsective. User up-take within our business has been extremly high and feedback positive. Customer support is also second to none. Issues and queries can be easily logged in the portal and response times are usually a day or less. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProSpend?

Our ERP system doesn't currently link with ProSpend via an API. This is a feature that would be highly useful and would make things even more efficient. Bank account scanning on invocies are also sometimes a hit and miss. It would be benefical if this technology can be improved to reduce manual overide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing ProSpend, all invoices were manually coded and approved either via long email chains or physically. This process was extremely tedious and time consuming, causing inefficiencies. Since implementing ProSpend, invoice coding and approvals are intelligently completed within the system and is easily accessible by users either via the web or mobile app. This has greatly improved AP turnover and has on average reduced AP processing times by an average of 2 days per week. What do you like best about ProSpend?

The programme caters for most of our expense management needs and there is flexibility and a possibility to customise the programme to make it work for our company. The support team is quick to respond and very helpful. The bank validation feature has been a fantastic feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once in a while, a duplicate invoice is synced across to our accounting system causing a bit of an issue internally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a programme that is easy to use and that has all our expenses, supplier invoices and approval workflows in one place. It increased our productivity levels and accuracy. What do you like best about ProSpend?

You can use it on the mobile as well as laptop/computer. Self explanatory. Receipts are automatically attached to expense entries. Automated bank feed for credit cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProSpend?

System has been good for us in transitioning to a fully electronic invoice system that can also handle our credit cards. The staff have also been very helpful in our dealings with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProSpend?

As an Administrator having to switch roles to perform certain tasks is a little frustrating, and some staff have quibbled over having to manually approve each and every receipt exception but otherwise I think people have embraced it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ProSpend solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to incorporate all our invoice processing with electronic approvals is extremely useful to us in simplifying our processes for paying invoices. What do you like best about ProSpend?

Easy to use and I finally got rid of paper-based expenses. After a lifetime of manually doing receipts, I'm so happy just being able to take a picture and throw out the receipt Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ProSpend?

Expense Manager is easy to use, is fairly priced, and has a good amount of customizable options to suit our business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ProSpend?

Some of the admin menus and navigation could use improvement as well as the ability to apply bulk updates to certain fields (e.g. expense types). It would also be helpful if the split expense function would work across entities (categories) as well as expense types as we found this a little limiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
