When looking at a tenants information, I can see if they have paid their rent, how much they have paid and the dates of previously paid rents. And with just a few clicks, I can see if they pay for parking, how much, if they have renters insurance. I can find out pretty much anything I might need to know with just a few clicks. When I search a tentants name, I think it would be helpful if it told me if they are in arrears and how much they owe. Sometimes it becomes a pain in the ass to go back and forth between the arreas section and the tenants info. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The help desk takes too long. The service responding when having issue with the system. by making sure the response time is quicker. The response to the ticket requests. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing I dislike
