We can utilize the app on a daily basis, making timely changes that enhance our operations. Additionally, the integration of teamwork within the app facilitates improved customer support, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our clients. Overall, TrueContext significantly enhances our administrative capabilities and team collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've experienced some glitches on the website that occasionally log me out of the app. To resolve this, I typically have to restart my browser or update my account password. It can be a bit inconvenient, but I'm hopeful the team will address these issues soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the fact that you can create workflows and set alerts by emails when you complete a form, because it saves time and you don't need to do actitivies that don't give value to the process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it would be great if you can set an option where you could download several forms by pdf en the section of "sent forms" at the same time just clicking once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customizable form questions and conditional logic, and the various data destinations that are not all on other platforms. Great program for large, complicated forms. Support is always responsive and helpful with new integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Form Builder is a bit clunky and needs updating. Some bugs with large forms, and some issues lately with email data destinations blocking certain emails within our user domain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a powerful and intuitive form builder designed to streamline data collection and workflow automation. It is a top choice for businesses looking to digitize and optimize their field operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes submitted forms don't always make it to the distribution email list but I believe this may be an internal/personal problem. Lots to still learn in this powerful form builder! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used multiple systems (TrueContext, iAuditor, Predictive Solutions, eCompliance), the system is the worst of the four. There really isn't much I like about the software. Creating forms is cumbersome. Smart Logic is tedious and works less than 50% of the time as designed, I just hard to come up with anything I like about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The software is a data collection service. You have to pay for this service to import into Power BI, so you are in theory paying for two services to get anything useful from the data being collected. Other software available has a decent amount of analytics included in the price that is useable data. TrueContext does not offer this unless you upcharge, however we are on a corporate account with multiple companies, and I have no ability to do this upcharge for myself. The Smart Logic system is broken. The end result (completed reports) is just data that you have to search each inspection to see if anyone has listed items as at-risk or unsafe, which takes a lot of time when you have multiple inspections being completed a day. And if you are just learning PowerBI like I am, you quickly learn that importing what you need into another paid service is a headache. It just makes no sense that you have a data dump that requires another system to digest and give you information. It's a money grab to me on both ends. Advanced Analytics should be available through trueContext. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to quickly develop, deploy, change, and duplicate forms serves our needs for daily use.
The forms easily developed and are accesable and easy to train users on. Many of our operations require updates and the platform allows for quick maintenence of the forms.
When needed, the TrueContext support team is availible and comes to you with solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would perfer the mobile platform to have a better visual component to colour different components. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Does what it needs to do with respect to customizing mobile forms that field technicians can utilize and submit data with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Forms builder can be clunky. Integration options are lacking. Has a lot of quirks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing that I lik about TrueContext is the way that I can see all of the information regarding a job/project that my team is currently working on. They are able to leave notes/comments as well as take pictures for me to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside of TrueContext is that I have several contractors connected to the app however when one puts notes in for a jobsite they are not available on the form if someone else is finishing the job. The person who put in the original notes is the only one that can see them till the entire form has been completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to have our mobile technicians capture and document the information we need in the field, along with being able to pull the raw data and make reports on work completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the forms will get stuck in the uploading status and if we log out of the application you lose the information that was not uploaded or revert into the drafts folder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That it has endless possibilities to biuld forms, regarding the complexity of your business or need, TrueContext make it possible. Also, they have different "subsciprion packages" or "prices" which allow you to make it possible for your business to use the tool and make the most of it but adjusting to your bugdet at the same time. Probabbly the UI could be a little "too gray" or a bit boritng for me. I'm more a "color coded" person, so I would probbably like a more colorful UI, without making it "too colorful" if you know what I mean. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
