What I like most is the application interface and connectivity through the database. Also, Customized accessible info is an outstanding feature. Being able to look up plant items and view the works orders completed on this plant item, who completed them, and the works order history notes are handy for fault finding. also having a spares list for plant items is great when ordering new spare parts. Data visualization. It should be improved by adding some more filters. Also, a lot of the time pronto is not very intuiative; you have to use it often to know your way around it, like printing a works order is not a simple "press print" you have to make a report then view the information and then you can print it. I recently joined the company; hence it is my first time using Pronto Xi. I love that Pronto Xi is user-friendly and an excellent tool for starters like me. It allows me to explore what my role is with the test environment and you can open it using the web or chrome application. Very innovative too. I also love the feature and the colors of Pronto. Nothing much, but I hope Pronto Xi will improve its feature on downloaded reports. Some reports are only downloadable as html file, it will be better if we can directly download reports as csv or xls file. Sometimes it took us time to reorganize the downloaded html file. I'm not too fond of the format in the excel file because it has unnecessary colors in the reports. Also, having a hard time converting Foreign amounts, especially when the CP is made first and you need to put the CI for closing the transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Pronto Xi is user friendly. It is easy to use for me. You can easily find the buttons that you need to click to generate a report unlike the other ERP systems that I had use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We encountered too many issues with Pronto XI, especially when we transferred from v670 to 760. Most of the reports got messed up. Too many additional unnecessary postings had happened. Also, if I will compare it with the other ERP's, other systems are broader and has many functions like if we have an invoice for reversal, we need to post a CC entry unlike in the other ERPs where we can just click the invoice and it will automatically be reversed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a heavy user of Pronto, one functionality and upgrade that I like is the "Post and Reverse" function. For those who have bulk journal entries - it is easier to navigate and click it instead of doing it in a traditional way.
