What do you like best about ProLaw?

My favorite aspect of ProLaw was how easy it was to learn the front office work flow docketing system to create custom docket flows for any area of law, connecting parent and child dockets in ways that left no break in the process flow for the life of every file so that no case fell through the cracks. What do you dislike about ProLaw?

The reporting interface was difficult to customize and took work to create reports that displayed data in formats as desired in printable or sharable forms outside of ProLaw, but the real time queries within the application made live reports for users to work directly from a snap. What problems is ProLaw solving and how is that benefiting you?

I solved many workflow challenges as state regulations changed on a regular basis and found that the system was highly adaptable. Many of these involved foreclosure litigation, as an example when SCRA requirements became strict and new checks and balances needed to be put into place in very short timeframes across thousands of active files, ProLaw made it easy to keep track of everything. Minimal training of staff was needed because the newly added dockets with detailed instructions could be programmed to fall into their pre-existing daily task lists, which was a huge benefit.
