The "Events" tab which is the most commonly used tab is not organized well. There is too much information and although you can sort it if needed, I would rather be able to toggle back and forth between tabs to compare information without having to constantly reset filters. They have always answered back when we contacted them; if asked, they work diligently to update the software with the latest version. Even if you ask for a service that is part of the maintenance package, or that is not suited for your business, instead of trying to make a sale they send you to the right person in their team, let you know what is the best solution for the problem, and they help you without charging for it. It's super easy to search by case code or name to bring up the case you need. It helps keep everything regarding that case organized and in one spot, which is great. It's not the most user friendly, meaning you definitely need to be taught how to use many functions. Trainings for this software are a must. Sometimes searching can be difficult when you need to look something up by a more random field. For example if you have an email and want to know who it belongs to, there is not an easy way to do that. You have to run a search function that looks for certain letters/words in the email in any of the contacts for clients. We use ProLaw as the firm's docketing system and it has been a positive experience this year. We use the program to calendar dates, set reminders, book conference rooms and it keeps track of all the rules of the different courts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
