I appreciate how everything is on one platform. I've used a lot of PM tools in the past and ProjectBIOS.com has even the little details that I wish were in previous tools I used. For instance, the risk register chart is something you don't see in a lot of PM tools but ProjectBIOS has it. - Extentive list of available information on a per task level. I in particular liked the ability to add assumptions for the project

- High quality rollup reporting. It is very easy to layer projects together and the filtering is extensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- For the user reporting I would like to see the ability to assign a value(like hours) for the task, since not all tasks share the same workload. It's not as helpful to just see the number of tasks assigned to a person. Asana does a good job of this if you would like an example

-Piggybacking off of above, I would like the hours value to reflect in the progress bar.

- Adding a progress bar at the top level for the projects, program, or portfolio. I see this as a simple completed hours/tasks versus total hours/tasks.

- I noticed that there is some logic that automically puts certain tasks at risk which is neat. I would love to also see a popup modal that notified the user of this issue.

-For dependencies, it would be helpful to see both what the task is blocking and what is blocking the task. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found ProjectBIOS.com to be very intuitive and easy to learn even without using any of the tutorials found on their site. Adding projects, departments, and team members was easy and it was setup in no time. Visual representation via graphs look great and quickly show the number of projects in various statuses. Sorting and Filtering is easy and you can get to the data you need right away. Overall, I feel ProjectBIOS.com is a strong offering and would be a good choice for any business. I would love to see an agile board added in addition to what is currently there. While projects are easy to filter and sort to present to leadership, having a separate agile board would be helpful for manager type roles dealing with the fine details.

Additionally, some simple tooltips may be beneficial to newer users and help learn the system quicker. Some of the icons used were not immediately recognizable as to what is being done.

I just started using ProjectBIOS, and it’s already been a total game changer for me! Managing 10+ web development clients can be hectic, but this platform makes everything so simple. Personalized Onboarding Experience:

• The personalized greeting and instructional videos upon logging in create a welcoming experience for new users. It helps build confidence as the user explores the platform. Authentication Process:

One feature that stands out is the ability to create portfolios, which allows me to group related projects and get a high-level view of progress. This is incredibly helpful for managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring alignment across initiatives.

Another feature I appreciate is the built-in risk management log. It makes tracking and managing potential risks seamless.

The main concepts of project management and portfolio management are easy to capture (such as projects, portfolios, team members, department, deliverables, etc.). The platform loads really fast and is clean looking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As first time user is not as intuitive as it could be. There is a specific order in which you should create all the components and is not very obvious how to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ProjectBIOS is a game changer when it comes to actually offering up the tools I need for project management. With dynamic reporting that really makes the tool streamlined and easy to use, ProjectBIOS has had a great impact on the productivity of my team and my work. Great workstreams and even client access. We have been looking for ways to properly organize our people and our projects. Having ProjectBIOS on that department provided a great impact and boosted our productivity.
