What do you like best about project44?

What do you dislike about project44?

As a user of the TMS software P44, I can highlight the attractive design of the platform, but also my organization has really experienced some significant shortcomings that may make it less appealing to potential customers.

One of the primary issues of P44 is that it is unresponsive to customer demand. My organization notes that despite requests from users for certain features and functionality, the software company has been slow to implement changes or address concerns. This lack of responsiveness can be frustrating for customers like us who rely on the software for their day-to-day operations.

Another issue with P44 is the poor implementation process. We have reported difficulties in integrating the software with their existing systems, which delayed and failed to provide value on time to our supply chain operations. This was particularly problematic for us since we need to move quickly and efficiently to meet customer demands and have extremely limited operational resources to baby sit the operation of the system.

In addition to these issues, we can highlight P44's disregard for the requirements of its users. Despite claims from the company that it offers a "customer-first" approach, we have been left feeling ignored and unheard when it comes to their specific needs and concerns. This lack of diligence can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction with the product.

Finally, My Organization experience d that P44 takes too long to solve system tickets. This can be a significant problem for customers who need timely solutions to problems that arise. We suggest that the company needs to do more to address these issues and improve its responsiveness to customer needs.

Overall, our experience to review P44 suggests that while the software may be visually appealing, it falls short in key areas that are important to customers. The company needs to be more responsive to customer needs, improve its implementation process, and pay closer attention to the requirements of its users. If these issues are not addressed, it may be difficult for P44 to retain its current customer base and attract new business in the highly competitive TMS software market. Freight Management: P44 provides tools for booking and managing shipments, tracking freight movements, and managing carrier performance.

What do you like best about project44?

Open to sharing data between other platforms so that we don't need to integrate everywhere. This is impossible for us as a Freight Forwarding business. They do not bill us for untracked shipments. We use them every day with a big load of shipments. We recently created a second API connection for our customer requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about project44?

Sometimes it takes a bit longer than we would like to receive an answer from a ticket. But, our account manager replies extremely fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Clients request more and more from us to deliver over 90% tracking possibility. p44 does that well due to the large amount of carriers and GPS providers they have integrated. Integration of new carriers is easy and quick. Price is fair and done only on tracked shimpents and not on everything. Our additional integration for sharing GPS to customers is free. What do you like best about project44?

The best thing about project44 is the customer service associated with the technological development.

They have technical skill and quick support are very helpful to tackle daily issues.

Throughout the IT implementation, onboarding of carriers, training and daily follow up and support, project44's teams remain available and keen to help solving any issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about project44?

There is nothing to dislike, but there is one particular aspect that could be improved . My regular usage of project44 VOCs under different tennants obliges the registration of different emails. It would be welcome a simpler way to switch between diferent tennents using the same corporate email, and unfortunately it is not yet possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is project44 solving and how is that benefiting you?

The easiness it allows to obtain and integrate asset visibility from carriers with limited IT infrastructure.

Direct GPS provider integration to our TMS on a carrier by carrier basis would be a costly and lenghty process.

What do you like best about project44?

P44's ability to integrate with SAP and being a preferred partner was a big "+" in our decision to use P44. We like the key data we are able to show our customers with respect to their shipments. One key element that we see as crucial for our customers is the ability to see live tracking, and we are thankful SAP followed through with adding this funtionality. What do you dislike about project44?

I'll break my response into two parts. The implimentation portion, and the post go-live.

With respect to the implimentation it seemed challenging because we had to work through SAP who then communicated to P44. This linkage between two parties was clunky. When working through the implimentation much of the information we wanted to share with the carrier and brokers we were onboarding was withheld (and yes we requested the info) and was very frustrating. In addition many times the information our SAP contact was referencing didn't align with what our carriers and brokers were receiving.

Post implimentation analyzing the performance of our system (GTT) is not as customer friendly as expected. I would recommend SAP GTT and P44 should have a joint dashboard to analyze the symetry of the systems, and help address errors.

The mobile tracking application has been challenging to deploy consistently across our carriers.

P44's support staff not having any presence in North America presents certain challenges. The support staff has done a really good job supporting us. It is tough to overcome the time difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about project44?

Tracking loads from inception to arrival at the receiver has become a standard service. Now that Amal Dey is Gerdau's Customer Service Rep, providing this service to customers has become a less daunting task. Having Amal as our Point of Contact has made carrier integrations and troubleshooting issues simpler to resolve. This allows us to focus on the value P44 offers versus outstanding help desk tickets. The revolving door of customer service reps when we had questions became an issue, as we felt we were constantly having to update the new contact on our needs, and answers to questions did not have clear answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Shippers and receivers appreciate visibility of material in transit to plan receiving. Also, in this market, stolen freight has become more common. What do you like best about project44?

What do you like best about project44?

Last year, our review stated that we would like to have more fuzzy data accpeted, and that is now possible. There are constant improvements with the product. Our support rep is always helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about project44?

Easier tracking for non-US carriers. Currently, if a carrier is not registered with the FMCSA we cannot track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been growing our brokerage department over the last few years so we have been moving a lot of expedite loads for JIT freight. P44 helps meet our customer requirements of frequent tracking reports. they are currently working to improve mexico tracking to help us comply with our customer demands.
