We use the client portal aspect the most. Being able to have somewhere our clients can login and interact with us, including sharing files back and forth, is a huge boost to our communications flow and project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's some improvement opportunities around notifications and communications flow that would take project.co up a notch in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To be able to manage all project requirements such as schedules, budgets, communication and a reserve for documents is the best quality. One stop solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Needs some improvement in removing the few glitches , may need some back end development Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've tried many project management tools, Trello, Asana, and Notion to name a few, but Project.co is by far the easiest to use and most intuitive.
I like that everything is grouped in one spot and that it's not a huge learning curve when you invite clients to use it. I'm so glad I got this deal when I did since it's currently not offered at the time I'm writing this review. :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I haven't encountered any issues. I'm enjoying using the software with my team and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool is simple and easy to use for our team. A lot of the other tools seemed to be overwhelming with their capabilities when I was doing research. Project.Co has exactly what we need to be successful at running our agency without any additional "fluff" that we don't need. The functionality is great and it's nice to collaborate with contractors and clients without having to pay for licensing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI/UX could be a bit stronger, and it would be great to have more templates to choose from. But overall these aren't reasons I wouldn't use the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It looks clean, it's not cluttered, you can add or strip back as many tools as you need. The support is superb. It integrates with most common tools for automating things. It's got a lightweight IOS app too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
None that I can think of. There have been a couple of glitchy things in the past, but they've been sorted out quickly by the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We love the ability to have fully customiseable projects and easily filterable statuses to easily get a simple overview of all projects. Great customer service and support from the outset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a Dam# Thing!
I am not being nice or overly complimentary, there isn't anything I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

First and foremost, I love the intuitive and user-friendly interface. It's easy to navigate, and I can quickly find the tools and features that I need to manage my projects efficiently. My clients were struggling navigating other project apps we used, but the last client we had was super impressed by the look and feel of our onboarding with project.co
I also like the communication and collaboration tools Project.co offers. The messaging system allows me to communicate with my team members in real-time, and the task management system ensures that everyone is on the same page and working towards our goals.
Another feature that I find extremely helpful is the time tracking tool. It allows me to keep track of how much time I'm spending on each task and project, which helps me to be more productive and efficient.
Lastly, I appreciate the flexibility that Project.co provides. Whether I'm working on a small project or a large one, I can easily customize the platform to meet my specific needs.
Overall, I would highly recommend Project.co to anyone looking for a user-friendly project management platform with robust communication and collaboration tools, time tracking, and flexible customization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing bad as of right now to say about project.co. i'm very satisfied with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the focused and customizable design and the intuitive logic behind the tool. Often, tools like this from other vendors were too complex and time-consuming to maintain or too limited and inflexible for our business. Project.co strikes a very good balance between complexity and simplicity for us. You can tell when using it that creatives created this tool for creatives.Besides, the note tool and embedding features are unique. I haven't found anything comparable that works so easily and flexibly. The direct customer support is especially noteworthy. It's really a different collaboration when the developer is so accessible to the user and takes your questions seriously and responds to them like at project.co. Also, it looks like the developers can quickly adjust or correct something which I see as another really good reason for the tool. This tool is a good and compact variant of the thousands of project management tool providers out there. At the moment I can recommend it especially for those who have tried many tools and none of them worked for them. Project.co definitely deserves to be noticed. I see great potential in Project.co and think it is essential to consider the following points.
1. it would be a great help if tasks could be marked as done without opening the task. So you could update many tasks faster.
2. PDF export. It would be a big plus if you could export notes as PDF for example. The notes feature in Project.co is unique. It has great potential as a real creative concept tool where you could send as a clean paper to the client.
3) I miss a bit of a personal user area, where you could, for example, create tasks and notes for yourself separate from a specific project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have ClickUp and love it, but it's not easy for my clients to use. Project.Co fills this need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't like the media library interface. I'd like to be able to see a preview for pdfs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
